Hola, chicas:

Aquí estamos de nuevo para enseñaros nuestros últimos terminados.


1 -  Manteca de manzana glaseada de The Body Shop: Como siempre, la compré rebajada, aunque ya no recuerdo dónde. Tiene un olor muy agradable, que combinaba muy bien con el perfume que estaba usando, el Be Delicious de DKNY.
Se extiende bien, deja la piel hidratada, aunque no es de las más hidratantes de la marca.
Es de edición limitada, así que no me temo que no os resultará fácil haceros con ella.

2 -Bálsamo labial de fresa, de The Body Shop (Marox).
No está mal, ya que hidrata muy bien los labios. Da un ligero toque de color, apenas perceptible.
Lo que no me ha gustado es que me dejaba un regusto metálico. Ignoro si con otros de la gama pasa.

3- Muestra Superstay Silky, de Maybelline, en el tono Sable (Marian).
Tengo una cantidad ingente de muestras, que voy acumulando, sin darles salida.
Así que me he decidido a usarlas. Así, os puedo hacer una pequeña reseña.
Este maquillaje viene en formato doble: por un lado el maquillaje en sí, y por otro, una crema hidratante.
Los mezclas y aplicas en la piel.
Tiene muy buena cobertura y larga duración (no sé si tanto como 16 horas, pero 12 sí).



4- Muestra de crema "Miracle Real Skin Finish" de Holika Holika (Marian).
Es para pieles mixtas y grasas, así que es perfecta para mí.
Deja un tono blanquecino en la piel, así que hay que extenderla muy, muy bien.
No deja sensación grasa en la piel.
La he utilizado bajo el maquillaje, y éste dura mucho más.

5- Desodorante Alverde Aloe vera y perla (Marian).
Tenía este desodorante aparcado desde hace tiempo, por utilizar otros que me había regalado Marox, pero no porque no me gustara.
De hecho, protege muy bien, y tiene un ligero olor muy agradable.



Bueno, estos han sido nuestros terminados hasta ahora.

Here we are again to show our latest 'empties' so far.

1  - Glazed Apple Body Butter from TBS: As usual, I got this during their sales, but I don't recall exactly where. It has a very yummy scent that was a great match for the perfume I was using until recently, Be Delicious by DKNY.
It is easy to spread, leaves your skin soft and supple, though it's not the most moisturizing one in the TBS range.
It's a limited edition product, so it'll be hard to get your hands on this, I'm afraid.

2- Strawberry lip balm, from The Body Shop (Marox).
It's a nice balm, because it keeps your lips moisturized. It gives your lips a light touch of colour, barely noticeable.
The only thing I couldn't really stand was the metallic aftertaste. No idea if it was just this one or if others from this range would also leave that feeling.



3- Sample of Superstay Silky makeup, from Maybelline, in the shade Sable (Marian).
I have an enourmous amount of samples, that I've been hoarding, without ever using them.
So I decided to give them a try, so I could write a short review for you.
This makeup is some kind of a 2 in 1 product: the makeup itself, and a moisturizing cream.
All you have to do is mix them and apply.
It has a very good coverage and is long lasting (I don't know if one could wear this for up to 16h, but it does last 12h).

4- Sample of "Miracle Real Skin Finish" cream from Holika Holika (Marian).
It's for combination/oily skin, so it's perfect for me.
It does leave a white cast on the skin, so you have to spread it really well.
My skin didn't feel greasy.
I used it under makeup and makes it last longer.



5- Alverde Aloe vera and pearl deodorant (Marian).
I set aside this deodorant some time ago, not because I didn't like it, but in order to use those ones Marox gave me.
In fact, it protects very well from odour, and it has a light pleasant scent.

Aquí estamos de nuevo con los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Desodorantes 'Queen Helène' de la variedad Mint Julep y Aloe Vera (Marox).

Podéis encontrar estos desodorantes tanto en Iherb como en Vitacost, que es donde yo los suelo adquirir. No contienen sales de aluminio ni glicol de polipropileno y además, son bastante económicos. Me protegen mejor que por ejemplo, el 'Dry by Nature' de Desert Essence, marca que en general me está decepcionando.



2- Mascarilla facial de arcilla y algas, de The Body Shop (Marian).
A pesar de ser de arcilla, no noto que me reseque la piel, cosa que es de agradecer.
Me ha gustado mucho, y la verdad es que fue un capricho, pero es algo cara, así que de momento, no repetiré con ella.

3- Colorete de Alverde (Marian).
Este lo compré en nuestro viaje a Berlín, del que os hablamos al comienzo de este blog (ya ha llovido).
Aunque en la foto veis que todavía queda un poco, ya no pigmentaba, así que creo que llegó el momento de decirle adiós.
Me ha gustado mucho. Es una pena que no se venda esta marca en España.



4- Potion 9, de Sebastian (Marian).
Quedé tan encantada cuando Marox me dejó probarlo que compré un bote grande para mí sola.
Deja mis rizos definidos, pero no acartonados, y sin sensación pegajosa.
No descarto repetir con este producto.

5- Perfume "Amor Amor" de Cacharel (Marian).
Fue un regalo de Marox, y acertó de pleno, como siempre.
Me había oído decir que una compañera de trabajo usaba este perfume y me encantaba su olor, y que estaba pensando en comprármelo.



Bueno, estos han sido nuestros terminados hasta el momento.
Nos hace ilusión terminar productos. Así no nos sentimos tan culpables cuando nos vamos de "poti-tour".

Here we are again with the stuff we used up recently.

1- Mint Julep and Aloe Vera deodorants from Queen Helene (Marox).
You can find them both at iHerb and Vitacost, where I usually buy them.
They're aluminium and propylenglicol free, and they're quite cheap as well.
They protect me from odour much better than the 'Dry by Nature' from Desert Essence, which has really dissapointed me -the brand as a whole.

2- Seaweed clay mask, from The Body Shop (Marian).
My skin doesn't feel dry when I use this clay mask, which is good.
I like it very much. It was a bit of a splurge for me, but I must say that it's quite expensive, so I won't repurchase it.



3- Blush from Alverde (Marian).
I bought it when we were in Berlin, some years ago (when our blogging adventure began).
Though there's still some product left, it didn't have any pigmentation, so it was time to bid it goodbye.
I like it very much. It's a pity that this brand isn't available in Spain.

4- Potion 9, from Sebastian (Marian).
I liked it so much when Marox let me try it, that I bought the big size bottle just for me.
It leaves my curls defined, but not stiff as cardboard and without that sticky feeling other products leave.
Maybe I'll buy it again.



5- 'Amor Amor' parfum, from Cacharel (Marian).
It was a gift from Marox, and she nailed it, as usual.
She heard me say that a workmate had this parfum, and that I loved its scent so much that I was thinking of buying it for myself.

Well, these are our 'empties' so far.
We get really excited every time we use products up.
That way we don't feel guilty when we buy make-up related stuff.

Productos terminados #55 - 'Finito' products #55.

Aquí estamos de nuevo para enseñaros los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Mascarilla facial de rosa mosqueta de Ziaja (Marian).
He estado utilizándolo una vez a la semana después de exfoliarme la piel, como mascarilla de hidratación. Me gusta más usarla por la noche.
Este sobrecito me ha dado como para 4 ó 5 usos.
Mi piel debe de estar muy deshidratada, porque prácticamente absorbía todo el producto. Aun así, lo aclaraba bien con agua templada.




2- Mascarilla capilar de aguacate de Alverde (Marian).
Fue otra petición que hicimos a nuestra poticamella Carlilla.
Esta en concreto se puede usar antes del lavado, o después.
Yo siempre la uso después.
Aunque no necesita aclarado, yo sí que me aclaro el cabello.

3- Manteca corporal de karité de The Body Shop (Marian).
Creo que de las que he probado hasta ahora, es la más hidratante.




Voy a reutilizar los tarros de la mascarilla y la manteca. Me estoy empapando mucho en internet sobre la cosmética casera, y empezaré a hacer mis pinitos.
Ya os contaré los resultados.

4- Pasta de dientes Jasön (Marian).
La pidió Marox a Vitacost, junto con otra para ella.
Está libre de fluoruros, sulfatos y otros ingredientes poco saludables.
Tiene propiedades blanqueantes y antiplaca.
Me ha resultado muy agradable de utilizar. Tiene una textura muy similar a otras que podemos encontrar, y con un sabor muy fresco.
El único inconveniente es que la tapa del envase no cerraba bien. En ese sentido prefiero los tapones de rosca, aunque quizá sean menos prácticos.
Ahora estoy utilizando la de Abuelita Ceiba, con la que de momento estoy muy contenta.
No me importaría repetir con la de Jasön.

5- Mascarilla facial de cítricos Deliplus (Marian).
Tiene propiedades revitalizantes y purificantes, sin dejar la piel reseca, gracias a la arcilla blanca, cosa que me ha gustado mucho.
Con este sobre he tenido para 5 ó 6 usos.

Bien, estos han sido nuestros terminados hasta ahora.

Hi ladies,

Here we are one more time ready to share with you what we've used up these days.

1 - Ziaja Rosehip face mask (Marian):
I've been using this mask once a week after exfoliating, as a moisturising mask. I prefer to use it at night.
This sachet was good enough for 4 or 5 uses.
My skin must be really dehydrated, as my skin seemed to drink the product. Even so, I washed it off with lukewarm water.

2 - Avocado hair mask from Alverde (Marian): It was another request to one of our readers in Germany, Carlilla.
This mask is a multitasking product, which can be used before or after shampooing your hair.
I always use it afterwards. It doesn't need to be rinsed, though I do it all the same.




3 - TBS shea butter body butter (Marian): I think this has to be the most moisturing of all the TBS butters I've tried to date.

I'm going to be reusing the tub of both the mask and butter. I'm reading and learning a lot about DIY skincare and will soon give my first steps.
I'll let you know how that turns out.

4- Jasön toothpaste (Marian).
Marox ordered it from Vitacost, together with another one for her.
It's free of SLS, fluoride and other unhealthy ingredients.
It has whitening and antiplaque properties.
I think it's very comfortable to use.
It's texture is similar to others we can find, and it has a fresh taste.
The only con is the cap of the tub, because it didn't close properly. I prefer screw caps instead, even though they seem less practical.
Now I'm using Abuelita Ceiba toothpaste, which I like very much at the moment.
But I wouldn't mind repurchasing the one from Jasön again.




5- Deliplus citrus fruits face mask (Marian).
It has revitalizing and purifying properties, but without that dry feeling on your skin, thanks to white clay. I like it very much.
This sachet was good enough for 5 or 6 uses.

Productos terminados #53 - 'Finito' products #53.

Aquí estamos otra vez para enseñaros los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.


1- Esponja maquillaje (Marox). Creo que no hace falta que diga por qué la desecho. La compré por eBay hace tiempo y aunque procuro limpiarla regularmente, ha llegado al final de su vida útil.




2- Mascarilla puntos negros "Touch Theraphy" (Marian).
Con falta de ortografía y todo, la he usado hasta el final.
Bueno, para no mentir, quedaba todavía algo de producto (muy poco), pero resultaba muy difícil de aplicar (y sobre todo, de retirar), así que llegué a la conclusión de que la fórmula ya no estaba en su mejor momento.

3- Prebase sombras Cargo (Marian).
Esta prebase venía junto con otras dos, incluida en una paleta de sombras que compré hace años en Sephora.
No fija mucho las sombras, que digamos, así que la he estado usando debajo de alguna sombra en crema o jumbo resistente al agua.




4- Aceite de argán para cabello de Alverde (Marian).
Lo encargamos en el famoso "poticamelleo", del que ya os hablamos en este blog.
Lo he estado aplicando en las puntas con el cabello húmedo, para aportarle más brillo y suavidad. La verdad es que funciona muy bien.
Qué pena que no haya Alverde en España (¡cachis!).

5- Eyeliner en gel de Essence en marrón (Marox). Compré este delineador en gel hace ya varios años. Lo he usado bastante, aunque nunca pigmentó tan bien como el negro de la Sunclub que tengo también.

Here we are again to show you the stuff we've used up recently.


1- Make-up sponge (Marox).
I think there's no need to say why I'm throwing this away. I bought it from eBay some time ago, and even though I clean it regularly, the end of its life has come.


2- 'Touch Theraphy' face mask agains black heads (Marian).
With a spelling mistake included. I used it till the end.
Well, to be honest, there was some product left, but it turned really difficult to apply (and much more difficult to remove), so I finally thought that it wasn't in perfect conditions anymore.




3- Eyeshadow base from Cargo (Marian).
This base came together with two other ones, in an eyeshadow palette I bought some years ago at Sephora.
It's not very good as a base, so I'm using it under a waterproof cream eyeshadow or jumbo pencil.

4- Argan oil for hair from Alverde (Marian).
We ordered it in that famous 'stash deal' we told you about in this blog.
I've been using it on the tips of my wet hair, to give it more shine and softness.
It works really well.
It's a pity that there aren't any DM stores in Spain.




5- Gel eyeliner from Essence in brown shade (Marox).
I bought this gel eyeliner several years ago. I used it very much, but its pigmentation is not so good as the black one from the Sunclub range that I also have.

Productos terminados #47 - 'Finito' products #47.

Aquí estamos de nuevo con otra entrada de "terminados", tras nuestro descanso vacacional. Poco a poco intentaremos dar salida a algunas de las entradas que teníamos en borrador, mientras preparamos las dedicadas a nuestra última escapada.

1- Lápiz de ojos automático "Perfect look kajal" de P2 (Marian).
Lo encargué en un poticamelleo que hicimos con una bloguera residente en Alemania.
Ya lo había probado antes (compré uno de éstos cuando estuvimos de viaje en Berlín), y me encantó. Hasta ese momento no había probado ninguno que pigmentara tan bien en la línea de agua, así que cuando se me presentó esta ocasión, supe que tenía que repetir con él.
Ya tengo un sustituto que me está dando un resultado francamente bueno. Ya os hablaré de él.



2- Maquillaje mineral de Alverde (Marian).
Este sí que fue de nuestro viaje a Berlín.
Os preguntaréis que por qué me ha durado tanto tiempo. Pues bien, porque mientras usaba BB creams como maquillaje, como mucho lo usaba para matificar.
Pero últimamente sólo he usado este producto para maquillarme, sobre todo cuando tengo prisa, porque es muy rápido de usar.
No es fácil repetir con la marca, así que para este producto también tengo sustituto, esta vez en formato compacto, que me parece mucho más práctico.

3- Exfoliante de arroz, de Rituals (Marox). Si recordáis, vino de regalo con la revista Glamour el año pasado y probablemente yo sea la última persona del mundo blogger en acabarlo, jeje.
La verdad es que me ha gustado mucho. El grano es efectivo sin resultar agresivo. Si queremos una exfoliación más fuerte, conviene humedecer poco la piel.
Como siempre digo, preferiría que fuera en formato tarro porque se aprovecha hasta el final, pero a caballo regalado (o casi)...



4- Cabezal "Trizone" de Oral B (Marian).
Como ya sabréis, es el que más me gusta de los que he probado, así que repito con él muchas veces.

5- Desodorante roll-on de Desert Essence (Marox). Me sorprendió encontrar un desodorante natural con este formato, ya que casi todos son en stick. Lo compré en Vitacost. Aunque me ha gustado, no cunde mucho y se gastó más pronto de lo esperado, así que de momento, no repito.

6- Manteca corporal de papaya de TBS (Marox). Es de las que suelen rebajar a menudo, así que aprovechad los últimos coletazos de las rebajas (online y en tienda) para haceros con alguna.

7- Sombras en crema Stay All Day, de Essence (Marox). Apenas las he usado y las doy por terminadas porque estaban como una piedra. Si conseguías coger un poco de producto, no había manera de distribuirlo uniformemente por el párpado.

Bueno, esto ha sido todo por el momento.

Here we are again with a new post of 'empties', after our brief holiday break. We'll try to finish off the blogs we'd drafted while we write new travel-related ones featuring our latest getaway.

1- 'Perfect look kajal' automatic eye pencil from P2 (Marian).
I ordered it when we did a stash deal with a Spanish blogger living in Germany.
I already tried it before (I bought one when we were in Berlin), and I loved it. Until that time I hadn't tried a pencil with such a great pigmentation on the waterline, so when I had the occasion, I knew that I had to repurchase it.
Now I have another 'replacement' which is really good. I'll tell you about it when the time comes.


2- Loose Mineral Makeup from Alverde (Marian).
This one was from our trip to Berlin.
You'll probably be wondering about why I have had it for such a long time.
Well, when I was using BB creams to do my makeup, I used just a bit of this mineral makeup to matify my skin.
But lately I've been using only this product as my foundation, especially when I'm in a hurry, because it's really quick to use.
It's not easy for me to repurchase anything from this brand, so I already have a 'replacement' from another brand (but in compact powder format, which is more practical).



3- Rice scrub, from Rituals (Marox). This was a magazine freebie from last year, I think, It was one of many from Glamour magazine here in Spain. I'm probably the last person in the Spanish blogging community to finish this off.
I liked this very much, to be honest. The scrub particles are effective and yet not rough. For a more hardcore scrubbing, it's best not to apply on too wet skin.
As I always say, I'd like it even more if it came in a tub, as it's easier to use to the very end, but never look a gift (or magazine freebie) horse in the mouth...


4- 'Trizone' head brush, from Oral B (Marian).
As you surely know, this is the one I like the most, so I repeat with it again and again.



5- Roll-on deodorant from Desert Essence (Marox). I was surprised to find a natural deodorant in a roll-on format, as most of them come in a stick. I purchased this at Vitacost.

6- Papaya body butter from TBS (Marox). It's one of the butters you'll find a good deal for at the sales. Check their selection now, as their sales (both online and in store) will soon come to an end.

7- 'Stay All Day' cream eye shadows from Essence (Marox). I have rarely used this but am considering as empty because they're rock hard and whatever product you manage to scrape is hard to spread evenly on the eyelid.

A finales de verano, una de nuestras seguidoras, Carlilla, del blog AquíestoyHereIam nos dejó un comentario ofreciéndose a conseguirnos productos de las droguerías alemanas aprovechando que estaba allí. No puedo llamarlo intercambio puesto que nos dijo que no necesitaba ninguna cosita de aquí.
No nos lo pensamos demasiado y nos pusimos a recopilar una lista de productos a los que teníamos echado el ojo o que nos apetecía probar.

1 - Aceite de almendra y argán para el cabello de Alverde: Nos pedimos un botecito cada una de este aceite, que goza de buenas opiniones entre las blogueras extranjeras que lo han probado. Marox ya lo ha probado y le encanta lo bien que huele. Aplica un par de pulsaciones en las puntas tras lavarse el pelo para hidratarlo. Si tenéis el pelo rizado, sabréis lo difícil que es conseguir que no esté estropajado.
Su precio, 2,95€ cada uno.



2 - Desodorantes sin aluminio de Alverde: Le dejamos escoger a Carlilla los que ella quisiera. Nos mandó uno de "aloe vera perle" y otro de "bergamotte" (bergamota, supongo). Parece que últimamente nos ha dado por comprar desodorantes. Aún no los hemos estrenado, pero prometemos contaros qué tal van cuando lo hagamos. Ya sabéis que andamos a la búsqueda de un desodorante natural para utilizar a diario que no nos abandone.
Costaron 2,95€ cada uno.



3 - Manteca capilar de aguacate: Nos pedimos uno para cada una. Nos pareció un producto curioso, que se puede usar como pre-tratamiento y post lavado. No es una mascarilla tradicional, pero al llevar aguacate entre sus principales ingredientes, esperamos que hidrate bien nuestras cabelleras.
Mar sólo lo ha probado un par de veces, por lo que aún no podemos daros una opinión.
Pagamos 3,45€ por cada una.



Dejamos los productos capilares y corporales y pasamos al maquillaje, que sabemos que lo estáis esperando. ;)

4 -  Perfiladores automáticos en color negro de P2: Como a Marian le encantó el que compró cuando estuvimos de viaje en Berlín, no podía dejar pasar la ocasión de hacerse de nuevo con este producto.
Ya metidas en harina, pedimos dos: uno para cada una.
Este lápiz es cremoso y en la línea de agua pigmenta como ningún otro que haya probado antes (o después).
Costaron 1,75€ cada uno.

5 - Prebase de sombras de Rival de Loop Young: A Marox todavía le queda de la que compramos en Berlín, así que sólo pedimos una, para Marian, que terminó la suya no hace mucho, y que no encontraba una que se le pareciera.
Ésta de Rival de Loop es fantástica. Hace que las sombras aguanten muchas horas intactas, así que no podíamos perder la ocasión de repetir con ella.
Costó 1,99€.



6 - Labiales "Pure Color Lipstick" de P2:
Cuando estuvimos en Berlín, compramos dos labiales de esta marca, uno para cada una, y nos encantó su textura cremosa, su alta pigmentación y el acabado que deja en los labios.
Elegimos los tonos "011 Via Medici", "042 Madison Square", "105 Bondi Beach" y "171 Flamingo Road".
Marian se ha quedado con Madison Square y Flamingo Road y Marox con Via Medici y Bondi Beach.
Costaron 1,95€ cada uno.

Además, en el paquete venían tooodas estas muestras. Venían además en una hermosa cajita, con unas virutas protectoras y todo.



¡Parecía Navidad! Casi todas las muestras venían por partida doble, así que nos las hemos repartido.
Quizá nos las llevemos a algún viaje.





Y cual tienda, la pobre hasta nos mandó los tickets de las tiendas. Le envíamos el dinero vía Paypal, que la verdad es que es muy cómodo. Si tenéis vinculada vuestra cuenta Paypal a vuestra cuenta corriente (no a la tarjeta), no os cobrarán comisión por la transacción.

Y esto ha sido todo.
La verdad es que este poticamelleo ha sido toda una experiencia, que además, ha salido bien. Todo llegó en perfecto estado.

Late in the summer we read a comment from Carlilla, one of our followers and owner of the blog AquíEstoyHereIam. She offered to send us some German drugstore goodies, as she'd be in the country for some time. I cannot call it a swap as she didn't want any goodies in return for the favour.
We didn't think twice and started to compile a list with some products we'd had our eyes on and others we wanted to try.

1 - Almond and argan Hair Oil from Alverde: We asked her to get us two of these, because of the favorable reviews from many bloggers abroad who have already tried it.
Marox has already tested it and she loves the citrusy scent. She applies a couple of pumps on the ends after washing her hair to keep it moisturised.
If you have curly hair, you'll probably know how hard it is to keep your hair soft, and not looking like straw.
Price: €2.95 each.

2 - Aluminium-free deodorants from Alverde: We let Carlilla choose them so she sent us the  'aloe vera pearl' and 'bergamot' ones.
It seems we're buying many deodorants lately. We haven't tried them yet, but we promise to tell you how they work when we do. You know we're on the hunt for a natural deodorant for everyday use that keeps us odour-free.
They cost €2.95 each.



3 - Avocado hair butter: We ordered one for each. We thought it's an unusual product, as it can be used both before and after a hairwash.
It's not your usual rinse-off hair mask, but having avocado as one of the ingredients, we hope it will moisturize our hair.
Mar has only tried this a couple of times and is therefore not ready to give an opinion yet.
We paid €3.45 for each one.

Now let's focus on make-up stuff, because we know you're really looking forward to that.

4 - Automatic eyeliner pencils in black, from P2: You know how much Marian loved the one she bought when we were in Berlin, so needless to say she couldn't miss the opportunity to get her hands on this product again.
Since we'd already got down to it, we ordered two: one for each.
This pencil is very creamy and its pigmentation in the waterline is the best I've ever tried.
They cost €1.75 each.



5 - Eyeshadow base from Rival de Loop Young: Marox still has the one she bought in Berlin, but Marian used hers up some time ago, and she didn't find another one that of the same quality or providing similar results.
This Rival de Loop one is wonderful. It makes eyeshadows last for many hours in perfect conditions, so we couldn't miss the opportunity to have it again in our stash.
It cost €1.99.

6 - 'Pure color' lipsticks from P2: When we went to Berlin, we bought two of these lipsticks, one for each, and we loved their creamy texture, great pigmentation and the way they feel on the lips.
We got the shades '011 Via Medici', '042 Madison Square', '105 Bondi Beach' and '171 Flamingo Road'.
Marian chose the shades Madison Square and Flamingo Road, and Marox chose Via Medici and Bondi Beach.
They cost €1.95 each.



Besides, Carlilla was kind enough to include all these samples in the package. All the stuff came in a beautiful box with lots of paper shreds for protection.



It seemed like Christmas Day!
Almost all the samples came in twos, so we have shared them out as good siblings do.
We may be taking some them with us on a future trip.





And just like a regular online order, Carlilla even sent us the receipts from the different stores as proof. We transferred her the money via Paypal and it was actually very convenient. If your Paypal account is linked to your bank account (not to your credit card), you will not be charged a fee for the transaction.

This is all for now. 
The truth is that this deal has been a really pleasant experience. Everything has been more than OK. All the items arrived in perfect condition.

Productos Terminados / 'Finito' Products (#24).

Aquí estamos otra vez con una breve reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1  - Mascarilla peel-off exfoliante de papaya de Apivita (marox): Las compré en una farmacia que tenía un stand de esta marca griega, pero me temo que no me ha gustado nada. Aunque el formato es original, al mezclar el polvo con agua y aplicarlo, no he logrado acertar con un tiempo de secado que me permitiera retirarla con facilidad. Los bordes se secaban en exceso hasta volverse blanquecinos, así como otras zonas de la cara. Tan sólo las partes que quedaban transparentes se podían retirar con facilidad. Precio: 5€.



 2 - Jabón de rosas de Alverde (marox): Comprado durante nuestro viaje a Berlín hace ya tres años. No solemos incluir los jabones corporales en los posts de productos terminados, pero intentaremos hacerlo en el futuro. Es agradable de usar, con una buena composición y barato.¿La pega? Que esta marca no se vende en España, es exclusiva de la cadena de droguerías alemanas DM.
No recuerdo el precio, pero creo que no llegó a 3€.

3- Serum blanqueante, de Sulwhasoo (Marian).
Formaba parte del kit de minitallas que me regaló Marox. Es para usar en todo el rostro, no sólo en las zonas con manchas. Supongo que esto es porque tiene menor concentración de antimanchas que este otro, que os enseñé *aquí*. Lo malo de este set de minitallas es que son muchos pasos en la rutina, y empiezo muy bien, pero luego no soy constante, por lo que no repetiré con este producto.



4- Máscara de pestañas "Multi action smokey eyes" de Essence (Marian).
Me ha gustado mucho, como todas las que he probado de la marca. Ahora estoy utilizando una de NYC, pero cuando la acabe, seguro que volveré a Essence.
Deja las pestañas muy negras, definidas y sin apelmazar.

5- Perfume J'Adore de Christian Dior: En realidad, es de nuestra madre, pero como alguna que otra vez lo hemos tomado prestado... Se lo regalamos para el día de la madre el año pasado, aprovechando un descuento del 20% en las perfumerías IF. Existen varias versiones: eau de toilette, voile de perfume... Nos encanta cómo huele, tanto que nos hemos hecho con varias imitaciones para nosotras, jeje. Preferimos rascarnos el bolsillo para cogerle la original a nuestra madre, que se lo merece. 

6- Manteca corporal de higo y freesia de la línea "Fruit fussion" de Deliplus (Marian).
Me encantan este tipo de mantecas. Ya he probado varias y todavía me quedan algunas por probar. Tiene un olor afrutado muy suave y deja la piel hidratada. Lo mejor de todo es que se absorbe enseguida.

Here we are again with a brief review of the latest products we've used up.

1 - Peel off exfoliating papaya face mask from Apivita (marox) : I bought this at local pharmacy that had an Apivita counter, but I'm afraid I didn't like this product one bit. Though the format is definitely out of the ordinary, after mixing the powder with water and applying it, I never got the drying time right. The edges dried out until turning white, as well as other parts of my face. Only the parts were the mask was transparent could be removed gently. Price: €5.

2 - Alverde wild rose soap bar (marox): Purchased during our Berlin trip three years ago. We don't review the soap bars we use in our Empties posts, but will probably do so in the future. Pleasant to use, with good ingredients and cheap. The downside? The brand is not for sale in Spain, as is exclusive to the German drugstore chain DM.
Don't recall the price, but I think it was less than €3.



3- Whitening serum, from Sulwhasoo (Marian).
It was included in the trial-size set of products which Marox gave me.
It's to be used on the whole face, not only on the areas with dark spots. I guess this is so because the whitening ingredients in this are fewer than the other one, which I showed you *here*.
The worst thing about this trial-size set is that there are too many steps in the routine, and although I start to follow them very well, I then get careless and I'm not consistent at all. That's why I won't be repeating with this product.

4- 'Multi action smokey eyes' mascara from Essence (Marian).
I like it a lot, as all the ones I've tried from this brand. I'm now using a mascara from NYC, but when I use that up, I'll surely go back to Essence.
It leaves my lashes really black, defined and doesn't weigh them down.

5- J'Adore by Christian Dior, Eau de Parfum:
It actually is our mother's, but as sometimes we've borrowed it from her...
We gave it to her on Mother's Day last year, making use of a 20% off special offer at IF Perfumeries. There are several versions: eau de toilette, voile de parfum...
We love its scent so much that we've purchased some imitations for us, lol.
We preferred putting our hands in our pockets to buy the original one for our mother, because she deserves it.

6- Fig&freesia body butter from the range 'Fruit fussion', from Deliplus (Marian).
It's sold at Spanish Mercadona supermarkets.
I love this kind of body butters. I have tried several ones from the brand, and they have some more which I haven't tried yet.
It has a very soft fruity scent and it leaves your skin moisturized. The best thing about it is that it absorbs at once.

Look de fiesta - Party look.

Hola, chicas:
En realidad este ha sido un look navideño. Así fue como me maquillé para la comida de Navidad del trabajo.
Pero como ya han pasado las navidades, lo dejaremos como look de fiesta, pues obviamente vale para cualquier ocasión.

Sin más dilación, voy a detallaros lo que he utilizado.

Para el rostro, he utilizado mi BB cream Luminous Silk, de Holika Holika, en el tono "Light Beige", mezclada con un poco de maquillaje; en este caso el Mineralize Satinfinish de MAC, en el tono NW25, que por sí solo, me queda muy oscuro. Así consigo mi tono de piel.

Para sellar el maquillaje, he utilizado los polvos sueltos "Noche y Día", que me regaló Marox hace un montón de tiempo (antes de empezar a escribir este blog) y que compró en una tienda local de productos de peluquería.
Como colorete, he utilizado el de Alverde, en el tono "Flamingo".
Como iluminador, el dúo de iluminador/bronceador de Benefit "Be a perfect 10".

Para los ojos, he utilizado la paleta de Essence "Nothing else metals", de la edición limitada "Metallics". Para delinear el párpado superior, el delineador líquido de P2 en negro. Para las pestañas, la máscara de Essence "Multi action smokey eyes", que me encanta.

Para los labios, he utilizado el labial líquido de L'Oréal HIP, en el tono "Turbulent".

Y esto ha sido todo.

Hi ladies,
To be honest, this was actually a Christmas look. It was the make-up I wore for the Christmas lunch with my workmates.
But as Christmas days are gone, let's say this is a party look, because you can obviously wear this look any time.

Without further ado, I'll tell you what I used to create it.

For the face, I used my BB cream from Holika Holika 'Luminous Silk', in the shade 'Light beige', mixed with a tiny amount of my Mineralize Satinfinish Foundation from MAC, in the shade NW25, which is too dark for my skintone on its own. This way (mixing the two of them) is how I get my skintone.

To seal my make-up, I used the 'Noche y Día' loose powder , which Marox gave me a long time ago (before starting with this blog), purchased at a local beauty supply store.
On my cheeks, I used my Alverde blush in the shade 'Flamingo'.
And for highlight, the highlighting/bronzing duo from Benefit in 'Be a perfect 10'.

As for the eyes, I used the Essence eyeshadow quad 'Nothing else metals' from the 'Metallics' LE. To line the upper lid, I used the liquid eyeliner from P2 in black. And for the lashes, my mascara from Essence 'Multi action smokey eyes', which I love.

And finally, on my lips I used the liquid lipstick from L'Oréal HIP, in the shade 'Turbulent'.

Productos terminados (XIV) - 'Finito' products (XIV).

¿Nos echábais de menos? Nosotras os hemos echado mucho de menos. Como os dijimos, en casa de nuestros padres, donde estamos de momento mientras terminamos de ordenar la casa de Marian, no tenemos internet.
Y mucho nos tememos que va a seguir así bastante tiempo, y es que para la superempresa de telecomunicaciones española (ya sabéis a cuál me refiero), una zona en expansión de una capital de provincia de más de 150.000 habitantes viene a ser lo mismo que un pueblo perdido de la sierra de, pongamos, 10 habitantes.

Aquí os traemos esta entrada sobre los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1. Mascarilla capilar exfoliante "Stylius", de Deliplus:
Se aplica con el cabello húmedo antes del champú. Elimina todas las impurezas del cuero cabelludo. Tiene un efecto refrescante debido a su contenido en mentol.
¿Os acordáis del Vicks Vaporub? Pues huele exactamente a eso.
Después de aclararla, el champú penetra mucho mejor en el cabello, que queda realmente limpio.
Marox de momento no va a repetir.



2. Crema para el contorno de ojos, de Alverde:
La compramos en Berlín. Os la enseñamos en su momento, hace aproximadamente 2 años, poco después del nacimiento de este blog.
No es que hayamos sido muy constantes usándola; por eso hemos tardado tanto en gastarla.
Deja la piel del contorno de los ojos más tersa, aunque es cierto que es algo difícil de extender. La textura recuerda bastante a la de una crema bronceadora.  Es mejor aplicarla a toquecitos.

3. Mascarilla peel-off "Pureza vegetal" de Yves Rocher:
También tiene efecto refrescante, porque contiene extracto de menta. Huele un poco a alcohol, y esto es lo que menos me gusta.
Por otra parte, se retira muy bien y saca bastante bien las impurezas.
Nos ha gustado mucho. De hecho, no es el primer envase que terminamos, y no descartamos repetir con ella en el futuro.
Pero de momento, usaremos las de Montagne Jeunesse, que compramos en Maquillalia.



4. Loción corporal "Monogotas" de mora, de Deliplus:
Ya hemos usado más lociones corporales de esta línea, y nos encanta cómo huelen.
La textura es más ligera que la de una manteca, obviamente. Aun así, hidrata aceptablemente. No descartamos repetir.

5. Agua de colonia de té verde "Nectar of Nature", de Les Cosmetiques (Carrefour):
Como sabéis, nos encantan este tipo de productos. Los usamos después de la ducha, para dejar un suave aroma en la piel.
Tanto estos de Carrefour, como los de Deliplus nos encantan, y siempre procuramos tener uno de repuesto, para no quedarnos nunca sin él.

Bueno, esto es todo por el momento.

Have you been missing us? We've been missing you a lot.
As we told you, we're at our parents' while we're unboxing and cleaning at Marian's, and we don't have an internet connection at our parents'.
And we're afraid that it'll be that way for a long time, because the biggest Spanish telecom company apparently thinks that a growing suburban area inside a 150,000+ city amounts to the same as a remote mountain village with, say, only 10 people.

Here you have our take on the products we've used up lately.

1. Hair scrub mask from the Deliplus 'Stylius' range from Mercadona supermarkets:
It is a pre-wash treatment, to be applied before your shampoo of choice and gets rid of dead cells on your scalp. It is quite refreshing, as it contains mint extracts. Do you remember the Vicks Vaporub ointment? This smells just like it!
Once you rinse it, your shampoo will be more effective and your hair will appear cleaner.
Marox will not repurchase for the time being, though.

2. Eye contour cream from Alverde: We bought this in Berlin. We showed you this at the time, about 2 years ago, soon after this blog was worn.
We haven't been exactly faithful to it, that's why it's taken us so long to use it up.
The delicate skin around your eyes will appear softer, though it was quite hard to spread. The texture is reminiscent of that of a sunscreen. It is best to be applied by gently tapping it into your skin.



3. Peel-off mask 'Vegetal Purity' from Yves Rocher:
It also has a refreshing effect, because it contains mint extract. It has a bit of alcohol scent, which is what I like the worst.
On the other hand, it's easy to remove and takes impurities off.
We liked it very much. In fact, this is not the first pack we use up, so we don't rule out repurchasing it in the future.
But by now we'll be using the ones from Montagne Jeunesse we bought at Maquillalia.

4. Blackberry 'Monogotas' body lotion, from Deliplus:
We've already used more of these body lotions, and we love how they smell.
Their texture is lighter than a body butter, obviously. However, it is quite moisturizing. We'll probably be repeating with it.



5. 'Nectar of nature' green tea body spray, from Les Cosmetiques (Carrefour):
As you'll probably know, we love this kind of products. We use them after taking a shower, to leave a soft scent on skin. 
We love both these ones from Carrefour and those from Deliplus. We always try to have another one as a backup, ready to replace it.
