Una vez más, os enseñamos los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.


1- Manteca corporal frambuesa TBS (Marian).
Me encantan las mantecas de TBS (bueno, no todas; pero sí la mayoría).
De ésta me ha gustado su olor frutal. En cuanto a hidratación, aporta la suficiente para mí. No es de las más hidratantes que he probado, pero tampoco descartaría repetir con ella.



2- Mascarilla facial "Quick Fix Facials" (Marian).
Me gusta el formato peel-off. Una vez bien seca, la mascarilla se retira muy bien (a veces, incluso de una sola pieza).
No sé si me ilumina la piel, como promete.
Marox me la compró en Boots International. 


3- Paleta sombras MUA "Undressed" (Marian).
Le he dado una caña que no os podéis imaginar. Los colores de las sombras de esta paleta son muy "ponibles", muy para diario.
Como veis en la foto, hay sombras que podría haber seguido utilizando, pero la caja estaba bastante deteriorada, con el cierre roto..., y tenía ganas de estrenar la que me regaló Marox de Deliplus, que es la que estoy usando ahora.
No obstante, no me importaría repetir con MUA, porque me ha gustado mucho.



4- Crema labial Ducray (Marox). Estaba caducadísima en un armario. Supongo que me la mandaría el dermatólogo o vendría de regalo con alguna crema o champú que me recetara.

5- Mascarilla facial "Un millón de años" (Marox). Como sabéis, nos gusta tener en casa esta mascarilla, ya que es muy socorrida. No hay que tenerla mucho rato puesta, no reseca la piel... Ya tengo repuesto, como supondréis.

One more time we'd like to show you what we've used up lately.

1 -  TBS Raspberry Body Butter (Marian): I love TBS body butters -well, not all of them but most-. What I liked about this was the fruity scent. In terms of moisture, it was enough for me, but there are others more moisturising. All in all, I could see myself getting this again.

2 - 'Quick Fix Facials' Peel-Off Mask (Marian).
I really like peel-off masks. Once dry, it's really easy to peel off and often comes out in one piece. I don't know whether it really lives up to its promise of iluminating the skin, as it claims.
Marox got this for me from Boots International.  



3 - MUA 'Undressed' Eyeshadow Palette (Marian):
You have no idea how much I've used this. The shades on this palette are very wearable, perfect for everyday looks. As you can see in the pic, I could have continued using some shadows, but the case was in a pretty bad state, the clasp was broken... and I really felt like opening the Deliplus one I got from Marox, which is the one I'm using right now.
Anyway, I'd consider MUA for future palettes, given how much I loved this.

4 - Ducray Lip Balm (Marox). It was way beyond its expiration date, inside a bathroom cabinet. I suppose my dermatologist either prescribed this or was a freebie with a cream or shampoo prescription.



5 - 'Million Years' mud mask (Marox). As you know by now, we like to keep one of this at home. It's very handy, no need to keep this on for a long time, doesn't dry skin out... Needless to say, I've restocked already.

These have been our 'empties' so far.

Compras varias acumuladas - Sundry Haul

Aquí estamos otra vez para enseñaros los productos que hemos comprado últimamente.

1- Recambios Venus de Gillette (Marian).
Estos solía comprarlos también en el mercadillo, pero hace ya unos cuantos meses que no los veo en ningún puesto.
A Marox se le ocurrió que quizá podría encontrarlos a buen precio en eBay. Y así fue. Se los compré a *este* vendedor. Me costaron 1 €, más 4 € de gastos de envío. El paquete trae 4 cuchillas.



2- Exfoliante corporal de albaricoque, de Yves Rocher (Marian).
Me apetecía probar un exfoliante corporal de Yves Rocher que no fuera el de Hamman, que es el que llevo siempre. No es porque el de Hamman no me guste, sino porque me apetecía cambiar.
Tras probar algunos tester, me decidí por éste de albaricoque. Tiene el gránulo de un tamaño adecuado para una buena exfoliación, y además, huele fenomenal.
Me recuerda un poco al de coco de Bodyfarm, que me regaló Marox, y que ya terminé.
Trae 150ml, y me costó 4,50€. Aunque por lo que pone en el ticket, creo que su precio normal es 9,90€.

3- Manteca corporal de coco, de Yves Rocher (Marian).
Las que seguís asiduamente este blog, ya sabéis que el olor a coco me encanta, así que caí en la tentación con esta manteca.
Aún no la he probado, así que ya os contaré.
Trae 200 ml, y me costó 11,20€, aunque según el ticket, su precio normal es de 22,40€, que ya me parecería caro, por mucho que me guste el olor a coco.

4 - Mascarilla facial Bubbly/Bodyline "Un millón de años" (marox): Voy alternando las mascarillas faciales que uso y siempre me gusta tener de ésta. Es una mascarilla de arcilla, que tiene la particularidad de no resecar la piel, dejándola muy suave e hidratada. Es rica en sales minerales.
Os recuerdo que podéis comprarla a su tienda online de Linares (Jaén) o por teléfono a la de Zamora.

5- Serum antimanchas de Sephora (Marian).
Se me terminó el de Sulwhasoo (que pronto lo veréis en una nueva entrada de "Productos terminados"), y aunque me gustó bastante, eso de tener que estar comprando minitallas me echaba bastante para atrás.
Hace tiempo, en una visita a Sephora, vi este producto y lo fiché para una futura ocasión.
Trae 20 ml y me costó 7,60€, porque tenía un 20% de descuento (esos mensajes que te llegan al móvil si tienes la tarjeta de fidelidad). Su precio normal es de 9,50€, que tampoco me parece caro.
No lo he probado todavía. Cuando lo haga, ya os contaré, aunque ya sé que ninguno de estos productos hace milagros.

Y esto ha sido todo por el momento.

Here we are again to show you what we've bought recently.

1- Replacements for Venus from Gillette (Marian).
I used to buy these at the street market, but it's been some months since I saw them at the local flea market for the last time.
Marox suggested trying eBay to see if I could find them for a reasonable price. And so it happened. I bought them from *this* seller. I paid €1 for the blades and €4 for the shipping.
The box contains 4 replacement blades.

2- Apricot body scrub, from Yves Rocher (Marian).
I was willing to try a body scrub from YR different from the Hamman one I always buy. But not because I don't like it, but because I felt like trying a different one.
After sampling some testers, I chose this one. The scrub particles are the right size to make a good exfoliation of the skin, and besides, it's pleasantly scented.
It reminds me of the coconut scrub from Bodyfarm that Marox gave me, and that I used up.
This one contains 150ml, and it costs €4.50. According to the ticket, it usually retails at €9.90.



3- Coconut body butter, from Yves Rocher (Marian).
Those of you who read our posts on a regular basis will probably know that I love coconut- scented products, so I couldn't help buying this body butter.
I haven't tried it yet, so I'll tell you more about it when I do.
It contains 200ml, and I paid €11.20, but it usually sells for €22.40, which I think it's too pricey, coconut scent or not.

4 - Bubbly / Bodyline 'Million Year Old' Face mud mask (marox): I like to keep several face masks in rotation and I always have one of this. It's a clay-based mask that does not dry your skin at all, leaving it moisturised and soft.  It's rich in natural minerals.

5- Anti dark spot serum from Sephora (Marian).
I used up the one from Sulwhasoo I had - soon to be featured in a new 'Finito products' blogpost and though I liked it very much, I wasn't too happy with the idea of buying trial- sized kits of this product all the time.
Quite a long time ago, in a visit to Sephora, I saw this product and made a mental note to try it in the future.
It contains 20 ml and I paid €7.60, because I took advantage of a 20% off discount (from one of those promotional SMS that they send you when you have their card). It usually sells for €9.50, which is not expensive at all, in my opinion.
I haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know how this works when I do, although I know that none of these products works wonders.

Productos terminados / 'Finito' products (#25).

Aquí estamos de nuevo para enseñaros los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Peine para pelo rizado (Marian).
Por su pequeño tamaño, resultaba muy manejable para llevarlo a la piscina o de viaje.
Después de varios años de uso, el pobre ha quedado así de maltrecho, así que ya era hora de sustituirlo.



2- Manteca corporal de maracuyá y tiaré, de la línea Fruit Fusion, de Deliplus.
La hemos estado utilizando las dos, y la verdad es que nos ha gustado mucho. Nos encanta probar todas las variedades de la marca -normalmente, de edición limitada-, que huelen fenomenal. Quizá para quienes tengan la piel muy seca se queden cortas de hidratación, pero para nosotras es suficiente.

3- Manteca corporal de lichi y karité, de la línea Fruit Fusion, de Deliplus (Marian).
Esta me la he terminado yo solita, y la verdad es que en poco tiempo. El olor me ha encantado; es un aroma muy dulzón, pero me gusta. Quizá por eso haya sido más generosa al aplicármela.



4- Gel activador de rizos "Potion 9" de Sebastian (Marian).
No os fijéis en el frasco, que es uno que aproveché de la mousse fijadora de Deliplus.
Marox probó este producto en una peluquería, y le gustó tanto que decidió comprarlo, y además en tamaño grande. Me dio un poco para que lo probara, y la verdad es que me ha encantado.
No deja el pelo acartonado ni pegajoso.
Cuando termine la mousse fijadora de Deliplus (un envase que tengo empezado y otro que tengo sin empezar), repetiré con Potion 9.

5- Corrector acción global de Deliplus, en el tono 02 (Marian).
He terminado relativamente poco en acabarlo, pero porque no lo he usado sólo como corrector.
Al tener textura fluída, lo he estado utilizando también para mezclar con mi BB cream, y conseguir mi tono exacto de piel.
Ahora estoy usando otro corrector de Deliplus, en formato barra (como las barras de labios), que compré hace mucho tiempo y tenía sin estrenar. Quiero dar salida a mis "potis tristes".



6- Champú sólido "Gran suave" de Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).
Se ha quedado de un tamaño tan pequeño, que ya se hace imposible de manejar.
Llevo usándolo desde Octubre, así que calculad.
En el último mes, lo he estado usando junto con el champú sólido de Herbal, que os enseñé *aquí*, pero donde esté el de Bubbly, que se quite todo lo demás.

7- Colonia nº23 de "La botica de los perfumes" (Marox). Creo que es la segunda o tercera vez que acabo un frasco de este perfume de equivalencia. He ido reutilizando el frasco original, pero cuando me iba quedando como un dedo se estropeó el dosificador, así que vertí lo que quedaba en otro frasco reutilizable que tenía por casa.
No sé si repetiré con esta fragancia o probaré otra por cambiar, porque me parece que no son tan buenas como al principio.

Bueno, y esto ha sido todo por el momento.
Veo que estas entradas van siendo bastante frecuentes, y la verdad es que nos gusta que sea así. Así no da cargo de conciencia comprar tantas cosas ;-)

Here we are again to show you the stuff we've used up recently.

1- Wide-tooth / Afro comb for curly hair (Marian).
Thanks to its small size, it was very handy to carry with me when I go to the swimming-pool or when travelling.
After several years of use, it's that battered now, so it was time to replace it.

2- Maracuyá and Tiaré Body butter from the range Fruit Fusion, from Deliplus (sold exclusively at Spanish supermarket chain Mercadona).
We've both been using it, and we like it very much. We love trying all the different ones -usually limited edition- from this brand, because they all smell great. Maybe they fall short of moisturizing for those with dry skin, but it's enough for us.



3- Litchi & Shea Body butter from the Fruit Fusion range, from the brand Deliplus (Marian).
I've used this one up by myself, and in a short time. I love the scent, very sweet, which I like very much. Maybe that's the reason why I've been more 'generous' when applying it.

4- 'Potion 9' curl activating gel, from Sebastian (Marian).
Please ignore the bottle, which I reused from an styling mousse from Deliplus.
Marox tried this product at the hairdresser's, and she liked it so much that she decided to buy it, in the largest size available. She gave me some of it to try, and I really love it.
It doesn't leave the hair either cardboard-like or sticky.
When I use the styling mousse from Deliplus up (the bottle I'm using now and another one), I'll buy a bottle of Potion 9 for myself.



5- Global action concealer from Deliplus, in the shade 02 (Marian).
It took me rather a short time to use it up, but because I've been using it not only as a concealer.
Since it has a fluid texture, I've been using it to mix with my BB cream so it matches my exact skintone.
At the moment I'm using another concealer from Deliplus, but in stick (like a lipstick), which I bought a long time ago and left unused. I want to give my 'sad make-up stuff' a chance.

6- 'Big softy' Shampoo bar from Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).
Now it's so small that it's very difficult to handle.
I've been using it since October, so do the math.
Last month, I've been using it along with with the shampoo bar from Herbal, which I showed you *here*, but the one from Bubbly is a million times better.

7- Parfum nº23 from 'La botica de los perfumes' (Marox). I think this is my second or third bottle of this imitation parfume. I've been reusing the original bottle but this time, the pump stopped working when there was still a decent amount left, so I poured the remaining into another reusable bottle I happened to have at home. 
I don't know if I'll buy another of these or try something else for a change. The thing is I have the feeling the fragrances don't last as much as the first ones used to.



Well, this is all for now.
We upload this kind of posts quite often, which we like a lot. This way we won't have a guilty conscience for buying so many things ;-)

Productos terminados - Finito products (#20).

Aquí venimos con un nuevo repaso de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Champú con biotina de Avalon Organics.
Lo compró Marox a iHerb en nuestro único pedido a la tienda hasta la fecha.
Después de jugarnos nuestra melena con el champú para caballos, probamos éste para personas.
Es totalmente transparente y no huele a nada.
Deja el pelo "chirriantemente" limpio.
En cuanto a su efecto fortalecedor del cabello, Marian no ha notado nada en especial, pues su cabello ya es muy fuerte.



2- Champú sólido "Gran Suave" de Bubbly (Marian).
Os lo enseñamos bastante a menudo en nuestras entradas de "Compras varias acumuladas", porque nos gusta tanto que siempre tenemos uno de repuesto.
No podría precisar cuánto ha durado. A ver si me acuerdo de controlar el tiempo cuando acabe el que estoy usando ahora.
Nos encanta porque deja el pelo suave y brillante.

3- Toallita desmaquillante de Sephora (Marian).
Ya no recuerdo cuándo empecé a usarla, pero lo cierto es que han sido bastantes meses.
Retira muy bien el maquillaje. Aunque la he lavado con frecuencia, no he podido evitar que haya adquirido el color del maquillaje (era blanca). Además, le han salido unos puntitos negros. Sospecho que se trata de moho, así que ha llegado el momento de tirarla.
No he podido encontrar otra igual en Sephora, porque por lo visto no las tienen siempre, pero me dijo que había visto una parecida en eBay. Ya os la enseñaré cuando la reciba.

4 - Esmalte base Basic (Schlecker): Compramos esta base para las uñas hace ya tiempo, junto con otras. Queda muy poca cantidad y cuesta cogerla con el pincel, así que la doy por terminada. (marox). No recuerdo lo que costó, pero es una marca muy baratita y serían menos de 3€ fijo.

5- Desmaquillante bifásico de ojos de Yves Rocher (marox): Tenía un bote de este aquí en Zamora, porque ya sabéis que desde hace algún tiempo, hacemos nuestro propio desmaquillante *aquí*. La verdad es que éste funciona muy bien y suele haber ofertas de 2x1 y similares.

Here we are with a new quick review of the stuff we've used up lately.

1- Biotin enriched shampoo from Avalon Organics. Marox got this from iHerb in our first and only order to date.
After daring to use one of the famous horse shampoos on our hair, we gave this one meant for humans a try.
It is clear and has no scent to speak of. Leaves a 'squeaky clean' feeling to hair. As far as its strengthening properties, Marian didn't notice anything special as her hair is strong enough on its own.


2 - 'Big Softy' shampoo bar from Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian): We often share this with you in our 'Sundry hauls', because we like it so much we like to keep backups.
I couldn't really say how long this lasted. I should try and make an effort to write that down when I use up the one I currently have. We like it because hair is clean and shiny.



3 - Washable makeup remover wipe by Sephora (Marian). I don't really recall when I started using this, but it's been quite a few months. It is a great tool when removing your makeup. Although I've been careful and have washed this thoroughly on a regular basis, I couldn't help but stain it (it used to be white). Furthermore, it got several dark spots, which I suspect to be mould, so it's time to throw it away.
I couldn't find a backup at Sephora, because apparently they don't always keep them in stock, but marox told me she'd found a similar one on Ebay. I'll show that to you once I get it.

4 - Basic (Schlecker discount drugstores) nail polish base coat: We bought this a few years ago with others. There is little product left and is difficult to get it with the brush, so I'd better call this finished (marox). Don't recall the price, but the brand is really cheap and was surely less than €3.

5 - Yves Rocher eye makeup remover (two phase formula - marox): We still had a bottle of this at my parent's in Zamora, but you know we've been making our own remover for some time now. *here*. This one is really good as well and the store usually has BOGO offers or some sort of promotion. 

This is all by now.

Compras varias acumuladas - Sundry haul.

Aquí venimos de nuevo a enseñaros los productos que hemos comprado recientemente.

1- Champú "Gran Suave" de Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).
Siempre procuro hacerme con uno de éstos para no quedarme nunca sin él, porque me encanta.
Costó 4,80€ y oficialmente trae 90gr, aunque otros que he comprado han llegado a pesar 120gr.



2- Mascarilla facial "Un millón de años" de Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).
La última vez que hice mi limpieza facial semanal, utilicé un poco de esta mascarilla que Marox utiliza habitualmente, y recordé por qué me gustaba tanto.
Combate la grasa de la piel, pero sin dejarla reseca. Al retirarla, la piel queda suave.
He comprado 170gr y me ha costado algo más de 6€.
Nos gusta guardar algún tarro vacío (bien limpito) para que nos lo llenen en la tienda, puesto que los envases de plástico que dan en Bubbly son muy endebles y no sería la primera vez que se nos han abierto.

3- Serum antimanchas de Sulwhasoo (Marian).
Como se me acabó el que formaba parte del kit de 6 productos antimanchas que me regaló Marox, decidí reponerlo con este set de 4 minitallas del mismo producto.
Así, tendré más tiempo para valorar si es efectivo o no. Puedo deciros hasta la fecha, que me da buen resultado.

4 - Champú anticaída para cabellos secos de *Naturaleza y Vida* (marox): Ultimamente se me cae más el pelo y sobre todo, he notado que lo tengo muy apagado y lacio, así que espero que me venga bien ahora para el otoño. Me animé a comprarlo por las buenas críticas que tiene. Soy consciente de que tendré que tener un poco de paciencia para notar resultados, aunque en las dos semanas que llevo usándolo sí que me noto el pelo más brillante y suave. Creo que mi pelo se había acostumbrado demasiado a los champús de Bubbly, así que usaré éste una temporadita.
Suele costar encontrar todos los productos de la marca en un mismo sitio. Lo compré en una perfumería local y me costó 4,19€.

5 - Mascarilla anticaída y antirotura de Naturaleza y Vida (marox): La compré por la misma razón que el producto anterior, para darle un poco de alegría a mi pelo en esta época otoñal en la que sufre más que de costumbre.
Tanto Marian como yo somos fans de la mascarilla de la línea sin siliconas de aloe vera de Naturaleza y Vida, así que confío en que ésta funcione bien también. Se aplica tanto en el pelo en sí como en las raíces y de momento, me gusta cómo me está dejando el pelo: más suave y brillante y sobre todo, no me noto el cuero cabelludo tan reseco.
Precio: 4,79€.

6- Toallita desmaquillante reutilizable de Kanebo (Marian).
He estado encantada con mi toallita de Sephora, pero llegó el momento de tirarla. En Sephora no las tienen siempre, así que decidí buscar otra alternativa. Marox me dijo que Kanebo tiene este tipo de producto, y que se puede encontrar en ebay. Me costó 8,83$ y me ha tardado en llegar 10 días aproximadamente.
Tiene un tamaño mayor que la de Sephora.

Y éstas han sido nuestras compras hasta el momento.

1- 'Big softy' shampoo bar from Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).

I always try to have one of these for backup, because I seriously like this stuff.

It was €4.80 and it officially contains 90gr, although some of these shampoo bars weigh as much as 120gr.

2- Face mask 'A million years' from Bubbly/Bodyline (Marian).

Last time I gave myself a facial I used this mask I borrowed from Marox, who uses it very often, and then I remembered why I liked it so much.

It fights excess sebum on the skin, but without leaving it dry. When I wash it off, my skin feels extremely soft.

I bought 170gr and paid a bit over €6.

You might have noticed we like to keep old (sanitised) empty jars and bring them to be filled rather than using the flimsy plastic ones
Bubbly gives you. It wouldn't be the first time they have torn and spilled out. 

3- Anti dark spot serum from Sulwhasoo (Marian).
As I used up the one included in the 6 trial-sized set of anti dark spot products, I decided to repurchase it by buying this set of 4.
This way, I will have more time to evaluate its effectiveness. What I can tell you so far is about its good result on me.

4 - Hair loss shampoo for dry hair from Naturaleza y Vida (marox): My hair is falling more than usual and I've noticed it is rather dull and lank looking, so I hope this helps to give it a boost this autumn. I was encouraged to try this after reading so many people rave about it. I'm aware I'll have to be patient until I can see some results. In the two weeks I've been using this I've noticed my hair is shinier and softer. I think my hair might have become accostumed to Bubbly's shampoo bars, so I'll probably use this one for a while.
This Spanish brand can be a bit hard to find, since not all stores stock the entire range. I purchased this at a local drugstore and it retailed at €4.19.

5 - Anti breakage hair loss mask from *Naturaleza y Vida* (marox): I got this for the same reason as the product mentioned above, to give my hair a boost this autumn. Both Marian and myself are great fans of their silicone-free aloe vera hair mask, so I hope this is just as good. You have to apply it both to the ends and the scalp. So far, I like how this leaves my hair, softer and shinier and especially my scalp, which is not as dry as it was before.
Retail price: €4.79.

6- 'Cleansing Chief' make-up removal sponge from Kanebo (Marian).
I've been delighted with my Sephora washable wipe, but the time to throw it away has come. I couldn't find a backup at Sephora, so when I decided to look for an alternative, Marox told me that Kanebo sells this as well and that I could easily find it on eBay.
It cost $8.83, and it took 10 days approximately to arrive.
It's bigger than the one from Sephora.

These have been our latest purchases so far.

Compras varias acumuladas (II) - Sundry haul (II).

Hola de nuevo:

Últimamente estamos tirando la casa por la ventana. Y es que ha habido una serie de cosillas a las que no nos hemos podido resistir. Pero prometemos que en adelante nos vamos a portar bien y no caer en las potitentaciones.

We've gone a bit overboard lately with our shopping. The truth is there have been a few things we couldn't resist getting. But we promise we'll behave in the future and keep a no-buy policy, despite the many makeup temptations.

Empezamos con la que creo que es la compra más antigua. Se trata de este producto de GOSH que marox compró durante sus vacaciones de Semana Santa en Zamora. Compró dos: uno para ella y otro para Marian.
Yo diría que por la textura, está a medio camino entre un pigmento y un glitter. No sé si describirlo como holográfico; lo que sí es cierto es que tiene montones de pequeñas partículas de colores.
A Marian le ha faltado tiempo para estrenarlo y le ha encantado. Lamentablemente iba con cierta prisa como para sacar foto del look, pero promete que en otra ocasión y con más calma, os lo enseñará.

We'll begin with what I think the oldest stuff we got. Marox got some GOSH goodies during the Easter / Holy Week holidays she spent back home in Zamora. She bought two: one for her and one for Marian.

I'd say the texture is halfway between a pigment and glitter. I don't know if I should describe it as holographic, but it does have many small coloured particles.

Marian jumped at the chance of using it for the first time and loved it. Unfortunately she was rather in a hurry and didn't have time to take photos of the look she did, but promises she'll show it properly as soon as possible.

Y ahora, más compras de marox en Zamora, esta vez en Bubbly. Esta tienda vende productos naturales, principalmente jabones. Hasta ahora, hemos probado sus champús sólidos, jabones, exfoliantes faciales, mascarillas faciales, barritas de masaje... Lo que nunca hemos probado hasta ahora (bueno, en realidad todavía no las hemos probado) son sus mantecas corporales. Compró éstas que veis en la foto. Cuando las probemos, ya os diremos qué nos parecen.

Now it's time for more of marox's purchases in Zamora, this time at Bubbly. This store sells natural products, mainly soaps. So far, we've tried their solid shampoo bars, soaps, face scrubs, face masks, massage bars... What we've never tried until now (well, actually, we haven't tried these yet) are their body butters. She got the ones you see pictured. When we do try them, we'll let you know what we think.

De una tienda multiprecio (chinos) se trajo también un precioso esmalte de uñas por partida doble.
And from a euro store (Chinese-run) she bought the following beauty: this gorgeous nail polish x2.

Y en una parada en Bustillo, esperando encontrar una nueva edición limitada de Essence, va y se encuentra, otra vez, con la "50's Girls Reloaded". No obstante, le trajo una sorpresita a Marian: esta barra de labios en color rojo, rojo.

And on a stop at Bustillo while running some errands, she was expecting to find a new Limited Edition by Essence, only to spot, again, '50's Girls Reloaded'. She did get a little something for Marian: the sought-after pure red lipstick from that LE.

Terminamos con las compras en Zamora y empezamos con las de Burgos. Volviendo a los productos de cuidado corporal, os mostramos ahora estas sales exfoliantes de "Obey your Body". Esta marca fabrica sus productos con sales y barros del Mar Muerto. ¿Dónde los compramos? En un stand itinerante de la marca en un Centro Comercial, que también vendía productos de la marca Premier, que también está especializada en productos fabricados con sales del Mar Muerto. Nos hicieron una prueba en la mano y nos encantaron PERO... luego hemos descubierto que los venden en *Amazon* por muuucho menos dinero.

Time to stop talking about purchases in Zamora and to start with the ones in Burgos. Going back to body care products, we're showing you now these exfoliating body scrubs from 'Obey your Body'. This brand makes their products with salt from the Dead Sea. Where did we buy them? We did at an itinerant temporary stall of this brand at a Shopping Centre, which also sold products from Premier, another brand also specialized in cosmetic products made with salt from The Dead Sea. The seller tried one of these products on our hands and we suddenly fell in love with them, BUT... later we found out them at *Amazon* at a much lower price.

Productos terminados / 'Finito' products (#19)

Aquí traemos una vez más una breve reseña de los productos que hemos gastado últimamente. Si os interesa, seguid leyendo.

Here we are again with a brief review of the products we've used up lately. Keep reading if you want to know more. 

1- Quitaesmalte hidratante con acetona de Cutex: Este quitaesmalte ya tiene bastantes años. Ahora que estoy de nuevo en mi tierra, aprovecharé para gastar los productos que tenía por aquí. Ignoro cuánto costó este quitaesmalte, pero creo que no son demasiado caros. Reseca algo menos que otros, pero tampoco es que lo de la hidratación sea algo muy notable. Lo podéis encontrar en muchos supermercados y perfumerías.

2- Manteca corporal "The Righteous Butter" de Soap&Glory.
Lo compramos en cuando estuvimos de vacaciones en Dublín en un Boots, y hemos de decir que nos ha encantado.
A pesar de la textura tan mantecosa, se extiende muy bien y deja la piel muy suave e hidratada, pero sin sensación grasienta. El olor es suave,  agradable y perdura en la piel. Es un poco cara, pero merece la pena probarla si os la encontráis en algún viaje, porque suele haber promociones en esta marca. También está disponible en versión minitalla de 50ml.
He visto algún vendedor de Ebay que tiene productos de esta marca.

3- Top coat de secado rápido Seche Vite (Marian).
Como podéis ver en la foto, aún queda producto (algo menos de la mitad), pero ya no se puede usar más, porque está tan espeso que su aplicación resulta bastante farragosa.
Hay que aplicarlo sobre el esmalte fresco, pero está ya tan espeso que arrastra el esmalte que hay debajo. Como os podéis imaginar, esto arruina las manicuras.
Supongo que ya va siendo hora de empezar a utilizar el Poshé, que me regaló Marox por mi cumpleaños.
De momento, no repetiremos con el Seche Vite.



4- Serum antimanchas de Sulwhasoo (Marian).
Esto también me lo regaló Marox por mi cumpleaños.
Formaba parte de un set de minitallas de productos, así que era previsible que se acabara pronto, como así ha sido.
Me ha encantado la textura de este producto y su rápida absorción y me gustaría comprar un tamaño mayor de este producto, pero he estado mirando y sale carísimo. Sale más barato comprar varias minitallas.

5- Mascarilla capilar de plátano de Bubbly/Bodyline.
Este es uno de los productos que siempre nos gusta tener en el baño. Nos gusta mucho aunque es un pelín líquida, pero no deja sensación grasa en el pelo, y sin embargo, lo deja muy suave y brillante.
De momento tardaremos un poco en repetir, porque queremos terminar otra mascarilla que teníamos por ahí olvidada.


6- Desodorante piedra de alumbre: Lo compramos por Ebay y tenía este en casa de mis padres que estaba en las últimas. La piedra es ya tan pequeña que cuesta usarlo. Repito con este tipo de desodorantes, aunque no con este concreto. Afortunadamente, ya se encuentran con relativa facilidad y a un precio asequible.

Bueno, éstos han sido los productos que hemos acabado últimamente. ¿Coincidimos con alguno?

1- Moisturising acetone-based nail polish remover from Cutex: This remover is an oldie, actually. Now that I'm back in my hometown I'll try to finish the products I left here. I don't know how much this cost at the time, but it's not too pricey. It is less drying than others, though the moisturising bit is not overly noticeable anyway. Available from most supermarkets and drugstores.

2- Body butter 'The Righteous Butter' from Soap&Glory.
We bought it when we were on holiday in Dublin at Boots, and we have to say that we love it.
Despite its buttery texture, it is easily applied and leaves the skin soft and moisturized and is not sticky at all. The scent is soft and lasts a while on the skin, sweet and pleasant. It's a bit pricey but is worth trying if you see it in a store abroad, especially since they usually have special offers on this brand. There's also a trial-sized tub with 50ml.
Some Ebay sellers have S&G products in their stores.



3- Fast dry top coat Seche Vite (Marian).
As you can see on the pic, there's still some product left (a bit less than half), but it can't be used anymore, because it's so thick that application is nearly impossible.
SV is designed to be applied over wet polish, but it's so thick now that it takes away all the polish underneath. As you can imagine, this can ruin manicures.
I guess now it's time to start using the Poshé top coat Marox gave me for my birthday.
For the time being, we won't be repurchasing SV.

4- Sulwhasoo Snowise EX Whitening Spot Serum (Marian).
This is another item Marox gave me for my birthday.
It was part of a trial-sized set of products, so it was within the expected that I was going to use this up quickly.
I love both its texture and quick absorption and would purchase a larger size of this product, but I've been looking this up and it's really quite expensive.
It would be cheaper to buy several trial-sized bottles.

5- Banana hair mask from Bubbly/Bodyline.
This is one of the products we always like to have in our bathroom. We like it very much despite the slightly runny texture, because it doesn't leave a greasy feeling on the hair, but  leaves it soft and shiny instead.
We won't repurchase straight away, since we found one we'd forgotten about, gathering dust.

6- Alum Crystal Deodorant: We got this on Ebay and was here at my parents with very little product left. The crystal is now so small it's almost useless. I'm sticking to this sort of deodorants, though not with this one in particular. Luckily these are relatively easy to find locally and are now reasonably priced.

Compras varias acumuladas / Sundry Haul

¿Os apetece echar un vistazo a las últimas cosas que hemos comprado? Pues seguid leyendo.

1- En primer lugar, en una visita a nuestra tierra, marox descubrió en Bodybell unos productos de una marca griega tipo Korres con muy buena pinta, así que compró sendos exfoliantes corporales. El de coco, ni que decir tiene que es para Marian y ella se quedará con el de sándalo. El precio fue de 4,90€ cada uno y traen 200ml.
La marca es Bodyfarm, nacida en la isla de Creta (¡qué recuerdos!) a finales de los 80 y sus productos no contienen parabenos, aceites minerales, etc. Desconozco si la marca se vende en todos los Bodybell o no.




2- Perfume de equivalencia #23 (= Lolita Lempicka) de "La Botica de los Perfumes". Os enseñé en una entrada de productos terminados el frasco vacío, y como decidí repetir, pues símplemente pedí que me lo rellenaran, puesto que los perfumes se venden a granel, en unas botellas con grifo. Es bastante curioso, la verdad. Nos sellaron la tarjeta de fidelidad de la tienda y cuando esté completa, una fragancia nos saldrá gratis.

3- Placas de estampación de Essence: Vi tres modelos nuevos, de los que sólo me llevé los dos que más me gustaron. Aún no las he estrenado, pero imagino que funcionarán igual de bien que otras placas de Essence. Precio: 1,99€ cada una.

4- Gel de aloe vera de NAAY:
Marian se lo encargó a Marox cuando fue a Zamora, porque le encantó la primera vez que lo probó.
Es perfecto para aliviar la irritación después de la depilación o de tomar el sol.
Además, es 99% aloe vera puro, y no contiene alcohol.



5- Champú "El gran suave" de Bubbly/ Bodyline:
Otro encargo de Marian para Marox.
Como sabéis, no solemos usar otro tipo de champús, así que siempre nos gusta tener al menos otro en la recámara.

6- Jabones artesanos de aceite de oliva. Comprado en una feria de artesanía local.
Otra cosa que nos gusta tener siempre, porque como también sabréis, tampoco usamos gel de ducha normalmente.
Ni que decir tiene que el de coco es para Marian y el otro para Marox.
El de "Mar adentro" contiene algas y barros del Mar Muerto, y está indicado para aliviar afecciones de la piel, como por ejemplo, la psoriasis (esa que tenemos las dos).



7- Mini spray desodorante de Sephora:
Esta fue una adquisición de los precios locos. Nos pareció una minitalla de lo más curioso, y pensando en ese viaje que haremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones y del que ya os hablaremos en su momento (como siempre hacemos), nos vendrá muy bien.
Además, no contiene sales de aluminio (cosa que últimamente miramos mucho).

8- Manteca labial de menta de Yes to Carrots, también de Sephora:
Esto ya no era de los precios locos, pero desde que Marian probó una de estas mantecas que tenía Marox, decidió que tenía que comprar una.
Le encanta la sensación de hidratación que deja en los labios, sin dejarlos pegajosos.

Bueno, estas han sido nuestras últimas compras potinguiles hasta el momento.

1- First of all, on a visit to our hometown, marox discovered a new brand at Bodybell drugstores. It's a Greek brand, similar to Korres and found it tempting enough to buy a couple of body scrubs to try out. The coconut scented one will needless to say be for Marian, whereas she will keep the sandalwood one. They were €4.90 each and contain 200ml of products. The brand's name is Bodyfarm and is based in the island of Crete (mmm, brings me good memories!) and was founded in the late 80's.  Their products are free of parabens, mineral oils and other chemical ingredients. I have no idea if the brand is for sale on all Bodybell stores.



2- Imitation perfume #23 (= Lolita Lempicka) from 'La Botica de los Perfumes'. We showed you on a recent Finito post the empty bottle and since I chose the same fragrance, I simply asked for my bottle to be refilled. Perfumes in the store come in large bottles with a small tap. It's certainly different! They put a new stamp on our club card and once it's full, we'll get one perfume for free.

3-  Essence stamping plates: They had three new different plates, but I only got the two that caught my eye the most. I haven't played with them yet, but I guess they'll work just as fine as other Essence plates. Price: €1.99/each.



4- Aloe vera gel from NAAY:
Marian asked Marox to buy one for her when Marox went to Zamora, because she loved this item the first time she tried it.
It´s perfect to relieve skin irritation after epilation or sunbathing.
Besides, it's 99% pure aloe vera, and it doesn't contain alcohol.

5- 'Big Softy' shampoo bar from Bubbly/Bodyline:
Another order for Marox from Marian.
As you know, we don't usually use any other shampoo, so that's why we like having at least another one as backup.



6- Hand-made soaps made of olive oil, purchased at a local crafts fair.
This is something else we like having as backup, because as you also know, we don't use shower gel either.
The 'Mar adentro' soap ('Out to sea') contains seaweed and mud from The Dead Sea, and it's indicated for the relief of skin problems, such as psoriasis (that we both have), for example. Needless to say, Marian will keep the coconut scented one and marox the other.

7- Mini deodorant spray from Sephora:
This was bought at the Crazy Prices sales.
We thought it was a very nice mini sized item, and we bought it having our next trip abroad in mind. We'll tell you about that when the time comes (as we always do). We think it's a good purchase.
Besides, it doesn't contain aluminium chlorohydrate and things like that (we usually care about that kind of things).



8- Mint lip butter from Yes to Carrots, also from Sephora:
This wasn't bought at the crazy prices sales, but once Marian tried the one Marox has,  she decided she had to buy one for herself.
She loves the moisturizing feeling it leaves on the lips without that uncomfortable sticky feeling.



Well, these have been all our make-up related purchases so far.
