Productos terminados #38/ 'Finito' Products #38.

Hola, chicas:
Aquí venimos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1 - Perfume *Saphir* 'Elegance' (equivale a 'J'Adore de Dior): Me ha encantado y no descarto repetir con él en el futuro, aunque de momento acabo de empezar la colonia de CK One que Marian me cogió por mi cumple en *Fapex* y el de Rihanna que cogimos en los Precios Locos, además de otro de Saphir.
Está bastante lograda, tiene una buena duración y no resulta pesada.

2 -  Bálsamo labial Essence (edición I love Berlin): Pues sí, tiene unos cuantos añitos ya. El bálsamo en sí me ha parecido muy flojo, no hidrata apenas. Lo que véis en las fotos es un tuneo que hice, ya que aproveché un poco de un bálsamo labial del ALDI que se me terminó y lo mezclé con éste de Essence para que resultara más hidratante, Así he conseguido usarlo más, porque lo cierto es que lo tenía muerto de risa. Tiñe un poco el labio y lo tiro ahora porque se estaba empezando a poner malo, como véis en la foto.

3 - Mascarilla multifunción 'Scrub your nose in it' de *Soap and Glory*: Me ha encantado, principalmente porque es a la vez exfoliante y mascarilla. Viene muy bien si no andáis muy sobradas de tiempo.
Como sabéis, la marca está sólo disponible en el Reino Unido e Irlanda, aunque me suena haber visto algún producto en Asos. Curiosamente, Boots International no la tiene.

No es barata precisamente, pero suele haber ofertas de 3x2 que merecen la pena.

4 - Manteca corporal de Moringa de The Body Shop (Marian).
No os imagináis la pena que me ha dado que se me acabe, porque el olor es realmente adictivo. Además, no sólo me ha gustado el olor, sino lo bien hidratada que deja la piel y lo bien que se extiende.
Sin duda, repetiré con ella.

5- Desmaquillante de ojos 2 en 1 de Garnier (Marox). Me ha durado menos que otros desmaquillantes de ojos (los de Yves Rocher y Mercadona parecía que no se acababan nunca). Me ha gustado aunque de momento no voy a repetir, puesto que compré el agua micelar de esta marca, que estoy usando como desmaquillante de ojos. Cunde mucho más.



6 - Bálsamo labial 'Yes To'. Me queda una pizquita, pero el mecanismo ya no funciona y está muy blando y se desmorona al aplicarlo. De momento no repetiré, y ya he metido en el bolso el de TBS.

Here we are with a new review of the stuff we've used up recently.

1 - *Saphir* 'Elegance' (Christian Dior j'Adore Dupe): I loved this and I don't rule out getting it again in the future, though not straight away. I'm currently using the CK One fragance my sister ordered at Fapex for my birthday, together with another Saphir fragrance and I still have not used the one by Rihanna we bought during the Sephora 'Crazy Prices' Sales.
It's a really well done dupe, lasts a long time and is not overpowering at all.

2 - Essence (I love Berlin Trend Edition) Lip Balm: Yes, this is somewhat of an oldie, as that LE was released a few years ago already. Its moisturising properties are close to nil. However, what you see here is an improved version, as I added what was left of an ALDI lipbalm I'd used up to the jar. The result was a lot more moisturising and I used this more like this than I'd done before that. It dyes your lips a bit and I'm throwing this away now as it's started to go bad (see pic, yuk).



3 - *Soap and Glory*'s 'Scrub your nose in it' 3-in-1 mask: I love this, especially because it's a multitasking product. It's great when you're in a hurry, either on a given day or on a regular basis, lol.
The brand is only sold in the UK and Ireland, though I recall having spotted some items in Asos. Strangely enough, it's not available at Boots International.

It doesn't come cheap, though the stores generally have 3x2 offers that are really worth trying.

4 -Moringa body butter from TBS (Marian). You have no idea how sorry I am to have used this up, because it smells heavenly. Besides, it's not only the scent that I love, I really like how moisturizing this is and how well it spreads.
Needless to say, I'll get this again some day.

5 - Garnier 2-in-1 Eye Makeup Remover (marox): I used this up sooner than others, such as those from Yves Rocher or the Spanish supermarket Mercadona that seemed to go for ages. I won't repurchase for now, as I'm already using Garnier's micellar cleansing water as an eye makeup remover. It does the job and the bottle will last a lifetime.

6 - Yes To Lip Balm: (Marox) - There's still a teeny weeny bit left, but the twist-up mechanism doesn't work anymore and the texture of the remaining product is now so soft that it crumbles upon application.
I won't repurchase for now, as I already put the TBS lipbalm in my bag.

Productos Terminados / 'Finito' Products #32.

Aquí estamos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1 - Cabezal 'Oral B Floss Action' (marox): Este cabezal está diseñado para ejercer una acción similar a la que se consigue con el hilo dental. Como véis ya estaba viejillo, así que lo he sustituído por uno del tipo 'Dual Clean'. Como ya hemos comentado en otras ocasiones, tenemos la suerte de hacernos con ellos a buen precio en el mercadillo local.



2 - Cabezal "Oral B Trizone" (Marian).
Fue el primero que probé, y la verdad es que me gusta mucho. Tiene la forma de los cepillos de dientes convencionales. Quizá por eso el paso al cepillo eléctrico se me hizo menos raro.
Ya sabéis dónde compramos estos cabezales.
Tengo más de este tipo, y repetiré con él, por supuesto. Pero también me gusta alternarlo con otros tipos.

3 - Mousse fijador de Deliplus para cabello rizado (Marian).
De los productos de fijación para el cabello que podemos encontrar a precio asequible, éste es el que más me gusta.
Como dicen los anuncios, fija sin apelmazar, y deja los rizos definidos.
Aunque tengo pensado hacerme con el tamaño grande del Potion 9 de Sebastian que Marox me dejó probar en su día, no quiere decir que éste no me haya gustado.



4 - Sérum "Oro líquido" con aceite de argán, de Deliplus (Marian).
He estado usándolo en las puntas, después de lavarme el pelo. Lo deja brillante, y sin sensación grasa. Me ha encantado este producto, y no descarto repetir con él.
Marox ha reutilizado el bote para otros fines.

5 - Body spray "Flor de naranjo" de Deliplus (Marox): Aún le queda un poquito, como véis en la foto. Lo cierto es que la que más usa estos productos es Marian y a mí me suele dar bastante pereza. No me suelo acordar de sacarlo del cajón o estantería para usarlo después de la ducha. Está bien pero tampoco me ha entusiasmado.




6 - Manteca labial "Yes to carrots" de menta (Marian).
Como veis en la foto, aún queda producto.
Lo que pasó es que se me ocurrió roscarlo hasta el final para ver cuánto me quedaba, y cuando quise volver atrás, fue imposible.
No lo podía tapar, se rompía la "bala"..., en fin, que llegó el momento de tirarlo.
La verdad es que me ha gustado mucho.
El toque de mentol se nota, pero no es molesto, porque no dura mucho rato.
Hidrata bien los labios. No descartaría repetir con él.

Bien, estos han sido nuestros productos terminados hasta el momento.

Here we are with a new review about the stuff we've used up recently.

1 - 'Oral B Floss Action' brush head (marox): This is designed to provide similar effects to flossing. As you can tell from the pic, mine was ready for the glue factory, so I replaced it with a different brush head, a 'Dual Clean' one. As we've mentioned in previous posts, we are lucky to find these at a really great price at our local street market.

2 - 'Oral B Trizone' brush head (Marian).
It was the first one I tried, and I really like it. It reminds me of traditional toothbrushes. Maybe that's why I've found it easier to brush my teeth with an electric toothbrush.
You already know where we buy these brush heads. I have more of these and of course I'll repeat with it. But I also like to use other types in between.



3 - Styling mousse for curly hair from Deliplus (Marian).
Among all the hair styling products that we can find at a reasonable price, this one is what I like the most.
Like in an advertisement, it holds your locks in place without the stiffness and leaves your curls defined.
Though I'm thinking of getting the large size of the Potion 9 from Sebastian, like the one that Marox let me try once, this doesn't mean that I don't like this one.

4 - 'Liquid gold' serum with argan oil, from Deliplus (Marian).
I've been using it on the tips of my hair, after washing it. It leaves it shiny, but without a greasy feeling. I like it very much, and I wouldn't mind getting it again.
Marox has already repurposed the spray bottle it came in.



5 - 'Orange blossom' body spray from Deliplus (Marox): There's still a teeny weeny amount left, as you can see. The truth is that Marian is a bigger fan of these body sprays in general than myself. I seldom remember to get it out of the cabinet or drawer to use after the shower. It's a nice product but didn't blow my mind.

6 - Mint lip butter from 'Yes to carrots' (Marian).
As you can see in the pic, there's still some product left.
I came up with the idea of twisting it all the way up to see how much product there was to be used, but when I tried to twist it back down it proved completely impossible.
I couldn't cap it, the 'bullet' broke..., so anyway, no other choice but to throw it away.
I like it a lot.
You can notice that 'touch' of mint, but it's not overpowering at all, because it doesn't last.
It does a great job at moisturizing the lips. I wouldn't mind repurchasing.

Compras varias acumuladas / Collective Sundry haul

1- Paletas Cargo en Sephora (Precios Locos): Como sabéis, en Sephora han dejado de vender esta marca (para hacer sitio a una selección de productos de OPI y Sally Hansen), así que en los últimos Precios Locos, había un montón de productos de esta marca a muy buen precio. El precio normal de estas paletas en su día era de unos 40 euros y ahora las tenían a 10. Marian estuvo en Sephora otro día y apenas tenían nada, pero me llevó de potitour y se ve que habían repuesto. La paleta 'Tahiti' es para Marian, que en su día la miraba con ojitos, pero prefirió otra de Cargo que incluía más productos. Y como a Marox le encantan los morados, pues la 'Barcelona' se vino con ella. Era la única que les quedaba, aunque de las otras sí que había varias donde elegir -algunas chuacheadas, eso sí. Tenemos un par de looks con ellas pendientes de enseñaros.

1- Cargo e/s palettes at Sephora (Crazy Prices sales): As you may know, Cargo will pull out of all Sephora stores in Spain (to make way for a selection of OPI and Sally Hansen nail products), so there were many Cargo items available during this Crazy Prices sales at very appealing prices. RRP at the time for these palettes was around 40 EUR (49 USD) whereas they are now for sale at only 10 EUR (12 USD). Marian paid a first visit to Sephora and there was little stuff available, but she took me there just in case and the sales baskets had been apparently restocked. Marian got the 'Tahiti' palette, which she was head over heels about at the time but eventually chose a different Cargo palette as it got more products on it. And being a purple lover, Marox brought the 'Barcelona' palette home. It was the only one left, though this time they had more to choose from of the others -some were swatched, though. We have to upload a few looks we created with them.

2- Bálsamo labial 'Yes to' en Sephora - Aprovechando un cupón que nos dieron en Sephora mientras comprábamos las paletas de Cargo, marox se dio una vuelta por el mueble de Yes To y escogió este bálsamo labial de bayas, que al tener el envase rojo, tenía un descuentito. Le vendrá estupendamente para llevar en el bolso, ya que los bálsamos en tarrito son menos prácticos y resistentes. Precio: 2,47€ con descuento (2,90€ sin él).

2- 'Yes to' lipbalm from Sephora - On this visit to Sephora, we got a coupon while choosing our Cargo palettes, so marox had a look at the 'Yes to' counter and chose this Berry balm. The coupon gave you a 15 % off on all products with a red packaging. Price: 2.47 EUR incl. discount (2.90 EUR without it).

3- Desodorante piedra de alumbre (Ebay): Ya os hemos hablado en otra entrada de estos desodorantes naturales, que por desgracia, suelen vender bastante caros aquí. Preferimos éstos que vienen montados en una base a los que viene la piedra suelta, ya que es muy probable que se caiga y se parta* (con el riesgo de cortarnos con los trozos, que están muy afilados). La oferta era por un pack de dos. Vinieron desde Tailandia, bien protegidos en un sobre de burbujas.
*Marox: confieso que las dos que teníamos, me las cargué yo. Soy un poco manazas, qué le vamos a hacer.

3- Ammonium Alum crystal deodorant (Ebay): We've already told you about these natural deodorants which are unfortunately quite pricey here. We prefer those that come attached to a plastic base instead of having just the stone all on its own, as it may slip from your grasp, fall and break into pieces* (with you probably getting a nasty cut with the sharp edges). The offer was for a set of two. Parcel came all the way from Thailand, well protected in a padded envelope.
*Marox: I confess it was me who broke the two of them. What can I say, I'm a butterfingers.

4 - Compras de Essence de liquidación: Aprovechando que una de las tiendas que vende Essence aquí ya tenía puesta la liquidación, nos hicimos con unas cuantas cosas de la marca que nos apetecía probar. Como podéis ver, nos hemos cogido las tres sombras en crema 'Stay all day' que retiraban, así como unos cuantos esmaltes Colour&Go, entre otras cosas.



 
 
4 - Essence sales haul: We popped into one of the stores that sells Essence here and to our surprise, they already had the soon-to-be discontinued items with the 0.99 EUR clearance tag and so we got our greedy hands on a few items we'd wanted to try for a while. As shown in the pictures, we got the three 'Stay All Day' cream eyeshadows that will soon disappear from the shelves, as well as some Colour & Go nail polishes, among other stuff.

5- Quitaesmalte sin acetona Deliplus: En una visita a Mercadona compramos este quitaesmalte, que nunca hemos probado. El que estamos usando ahora mismo va ya por la mitad, así que necesitábamos un repuesto.

5- Acetone free nail polish remover from Deliplus: In our latest visit to Mercadona, we bought this nail polish remover, one we've never tried before btw. The one we're using now is half full, so we needed to replace it.

Esto de las "poticompras" es un no parar. Bueno, al menos esta vez, algunos de los productos son para reponer otros que se habían terminado (o están a punto de hacerlo). 

The thing about make-up purchases is that they don't seem to have an end. Well, at least some of the items have been bought to replace others which had been used up (or are about to be).
