Productos terminados 2019 / 'Finito' Products 2019 (I)

Hola, chicas:

 ¡Feliz año! Esperamos que hayáis disfrutado de las fiestas en compañía de familia y amigos y que hayáis aprovechado para descansar un poco también.

Hemos decidido renombrar las entradas de los productos terminados indicando el año. Ya íbamos por más de 60 y ya se iba haciendo un poco pesado llamarlas así. A partir de ahora pondremos el año y luego parte 1, 5 ó la que sea.

1 - Spray corporal Body Fantasies 'Pink Sweet Pea' (marox): Creo que es el segundo que gasto. Lo compré en el supermercado Alimerka. Los tienen siempre en el mueble de Essence, en la parte donde deberían estar las ediciones limitadas.

2 - Mascarilla tissu 'My Juicy Bottle Mask Aqua' de Scinic (marox): Vino de regalo con un pedido de cosmética coreana de Ebay. Venía súper impregnada, tanto que escurrí un poco la mascarilla y sobró esencia para usar dos veces.
Me resultó agradable de usar. Se quedó en su sitio mientras veía la tele. En cuanto a resultados, noté la piel hidratada y suave.

3 - Agua micelar Garnier (marox): Creo que es el segundo bote que gasto. Va muy bien, no escuecen los ojos (que es para lo que lo suelo gastar) y retira bien el maquillaje. De momento no repetiré porque tengo uno de Lidl recién empezado y porque el último ingrediente, el Polyaminopropyl biguanide, es algo controvertido.

4 - Contorno de ojos Scinic con baba de caracol (marox): Ya sabéis lo mucho que me gusta esta marca. Aunque tengo repuesto ya empezado, compré hace poco otro de otra marca con la idea de usar uno por el día y otro por la noche.

5 - Perfume 'Cool de Saphir' (marox): La compré en verano, sin saber si se correspondía con algún perfume de marca. La usé bastante los primeros días y luego me olvidé de ella, hasta que me propuse gastar lo que quedaba. Mi madre la ha usado alguna vez también y le ha gustado.

Y ahora un par de muestras, de esas que vamos acumulando por alguna extraña razón y que luego no solemos usar. Considerarlo, la continuación de los propósitos de año nuevo.

1 - Champú Kerastase Cristalliste (marox): Es para cabello grueso y el mío es fino. Me dió para tres usos. Sí que noté el pelo más brillante. De no ser porque son caros, los champús de esta marca están muy bien. Estoy usando uno para cuero cabelludo sensible que va bastante bien también.

2 - Ziaja crema hidratante de día de manteca de rosa (marox): No la he usado sola, sino que la he mezclado con mi CC Cream, para que se extienda mejor. Creo que fue un regalo con una compra. Me parece que para usarla sola es demasiado espesa y no creo que la compre algún día. 
Debo decir que por lo general, Ziaja es una marca que no me ha entusiasmado. 

Estos han sido los productos que he terminado últimamente. Da gusto ir terminando cosas, la verdad.

Happy New Year! We hope you made the most of the holiday season and spent some quality time with your friends and family, as well as find the time to unwind.

We've decided to rename our Empties posts, starting with the new year. They will all list the year and then part 1, 5 or whatever. We'd written over 60 of this and the title sounded a bit long and cumbersome to keep track of.

1 - 'Pink Sweet Pea' Body Fantasies Body Spray (marox): I think this is the second one I use up. I got this from a local supermarket, which keeps them on the Essence display where LEs are meant to be.

2 -  Scinic My Juicy Bottle Mask Aqua (marox): This was a recent gift with purchase from a K-Beauty order off Ebay.  The cotton mask is drenched in essence, so much that I squeezed it a bit and had enough essence left for two applications.
It was pleasant to wear and didn't fall out while I watched TV. My skin felt moisturized and supple afterwards.

 

3 -  Garnier micellar cleansing water (marox): I think this was my second bottle. It does the job very well, doesn't sting my eyes  -which is mainly where I use it- and removes your makeup well enough. I won't repurchase for now, as I got another cleansing water from Lidl that I have just started to use and because the last ingredient, Polyaminopropyl biguanide is quite controversial.

4 - Scinic Snail Matrix Eye Cream (marox): You know my love for this brand. I have began to use my backup, although I just got a different one. I intend to use one in the morning and the other at night.

5 - 'Cool de Saphir' fragrance: I bought this in the summer, not really knowing if this was a dupe for something else. Liked it at first but then forgot about it until I made a point to use up what was left of it. My mum used this occasionally too and said she liked it.

And now let me give you my first impressions of several samples I used. I tend to collect them but seldom use them, something I'm slowly trying to change. Consider that a New Year's resolution that I intend to continue sticking to.

1 - Kerastase Cristalliste Shampoo (marox): I got this with an order, I believe. This is supposed to be for thick hair and mine is fine, but I did notice my hair being shinier. I stretched the sachet and used it three times. Were it not for the price, Kerastase shampoos are very good. I currently have one from the brand on rotation that is for sensitive scalp and it does work.

2 -  Ziaja Rose Butter Day cream (marox): I haven't used this on its onw, but mixing a bit with my CC Cream so that spreads easier. I think it was a gift with purchase. I feel it would be too rich for me to use on its own and I don't think I'd get it.  
To be honest, there's something about the brand that I don't get, as I feel it's nothing to write home about.  

So these were my first Empties of the year. One can't help to be proud to use stuff up.

Comenzamos marzo y aquí venimos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Exfoliante corporal de arándano azul de TBS (Marox). Compré este exfoliante aprovechando unas rebajas que tuvieron. Lo había probado con anterioridad puesto que le cogí otro para Marian. Lo cierto es que anteriormente no me había parecido gran cosa, aunque como todo hay que pillarle el punto. Si tenemos la piel muy mojada, no notaremos apenas la acción exfoliante.




2- Máscara base de pestañas de Missha (Marian).
Contiene fibras, así que consigue el efecto de multiplicar las pestañas. Sólo hay que dejarla secar un poquito antes de aplicar la máscara de pestañas.
Me ha gustado bastante, así que no descarto repetir con esta misma o con otra de este tipo.

3- Manteca corporal de arándano azul de TBS (Marox). La he usado a la vez que el exfoliante. Tiene un olor muy agradable, aunque no es tan hidratante a mi juicio como la de almendra o moringa. Es de las que suelen rebajar bastante, así que merece la pena echarla al carrito.



4- Cabezal "Dual Clean" para el cepillo eléctrico Oral B (Marox). Ya sabéis que llevamos ya varios años utilizando este famoso cepillo eléctrico. Ya sabéis también que tenemos la suerte de hacernos con los recambios originales a muy buen precio en el mercadillo local. En la actualidad estoy usando uno igual pero compatible -de Buyincoins- del que ya os hablaré.

5- Perfume "Sph Green" de Saphir (Marox).

Este perfume equivale a 'Be Delicious' de DKNY, que me parece un olor fantástico, dulce y suave. Es de los que yo creo que gustan a todo el mundo. Coincide que por primera poseo el original -que no he estrenado aún puesto que tengo otras fragancias a medias-. Los perfumes de *Saphir* se encuentran en algunas cadenas de perfumerías (Perfumerías Avenida en Castilla y León, por ejemplo). El mío lo compré en una perfumería local, Hermosilla. Tiene un precio de unos 13€ y en esa tienda tienen también minitallas de 30 ml, que viene muy bien para llevar en el neceser.
Este me ha durado mucho puesto que trae 200ml. 

Y esto ha sido todo por el momento.

March is here already and here we are as well with a new review about the stuff we've used up recently.

1- Blueberry body scrub from TBS (Marox). I bought this scrub during the TBS sales a while ago. I'd already tried it as I'd bought another tub for Marian. The thing is that at the time I didn't like it an awful lot, but as with most things there are tricks that may improve your experience. If your skin is too damp you will barely notice any exfoliation.

2- Base mascara from Missha (Marian).
It contains fibres, so it gives the illusion of having more lashes. Just let it dry before applying your mascara.
I quite like it, so I'll probably repeat with this mascara (or another one of the same kind).

3- Blueberry body butter from TBS (Marox). I've used this at the same time as the scrub. The scent is nice, though this butter is not as moisturising as the almond or moringa ones. The upside is that this is regularly discounted, so grab the chance to add it to your shopping cart if you can.

4- 'Dual clean' brushhead from Oral B (Marox). You know that we've been brushing our teeth with this famous electric toothbrush for a couple of years now and that we're lucky enough to get our replacement -original- from the local flea market. At present I'm using a compatible one that looks exactly like this that I got from Buyincoins. I'll write about that one when the time comes.



5- 'Sph Green' parfum from Saphir (Marox). This perfume is a dupe for DKNY's Be Delicious, which I think is a great soft and sweet scent. It's one of those that are universally liked, at least imo. I now happen to own the original -unopened still, as I'm using others at the moment-. These are found in some Spanish drugstore chains, though as the *site* is available in English as well, you may want to take a look. 
Hermosilla, the local drugstore I got mine from offers both the travel-size version with 30ml and the standard 200ml which is the one pictured here, bought for about €13. The small bottle is great for your vanity case.

Productos terminados #38/ 'Finito' Products #38.

Aquí venimos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1 - Perfume *Saphir* 'Elegance' (equivale a 'J'Adore de Dior): Me ha encantado y no descarto repetir con él en el futuro, aunque de momento acabo de empezar la colonia de CK One que Marian me cogió por mi cumple en *Fapex* y el de Rihanna que cogimos en los Precios Locos, además de otro de Saphir.
Está bastante lograda, tiene una buena duración y no resulta pesada.

2 -  Bálsamo labial Essence (edición I love Berlin): Pues sí, tiene unos cuantos añitos ya. El bálsamo en sí me ha parecido muy flojo, no hidrata apenas. Lo que véis en las fotos es un tuneo que hice, ya que aproveché un poco de un bálsamo labial del ALDI que se me terminó y lo mezclé con éste de Essence para que resultara más hidratante, Así he conseguido usarlo más, porque lo cierto es que lo tenía muerto de risa. Tiñe un poco el labio y lo tiro ahora porque se estaba empezando a poner malo, como véis en la foto.

3 - Mascarilla multifunción 'Scrub your nose in it' de *Soap and Glory*: Me ha encantado, principalmente porque es a la vez exfoliante y mascarilla. Viene muy bien si no andáis muy sobradas de tiempo.
Como sabéis, la marca está sólo disponible en el Reino Unido e Irlanda, aunque me suena haber visto algún producto en Asos. Curiosamente, Boots International no la tiene.

No es barata precisamente, pero suele haber ofertas de 3x2 que merecen la pena.

4 - Manteca corporal de Moringa de The Body Shop (Marian).
No os imagináis la pena que me ha dado que se me acabe, porque el olor es realmente adictivo. Además, no sólo me ha gustado el olor, sino lo bien hidratada que deja la piel y lo bien que se extiende.
Sin duda, repetiré con ella.

5- Desmaquillante de ojos 2 en 1 de Garnier (Marox). Me ha durado menos que otros desmaquillantes de ojos (los de Yves Rocher y Mercadona parecía que no se acababan nunca). Me ha gustado aunque de momento no voy a repetir, puesto que compré el agua micelar de esta marca, que estoy usando como desmaquillante de ojos. Cunde mucho más.



6 - Bálsamo labial 'Yes To'. Me queda una pizquita, pero el mecanismo ya no funciona y está muy blando y se desmorona al aplicarlo. De momento no repetiré, y ya he metido en el bolso el de TBS.

Here we are with a new review of the stuff we've used up recently.

1 - *Saphir* 'Elegance' (Christian Dior j'Adore Dupe): I loved this and I don't rule out getting it again in the future, though not straight away. I'm currently using the CK One fragance my sister ordered at Fapex for my birthday, together with another Saphir fragrance and I still have not used the one by Rihanna we bought during the Sephora 'Crazy Prices' Sales.
It's a really well done dupe, lasts a long time and is not overpowering at all.

2 - Essence (I love Berlin Trend Edition) Lip Balm: Yes, this is somewhat of an oldie, as that LE was released a few years ago already. Its moisturising properties are close to nil. However, what you see here is an improved version, as I added what was left of an ALDI lipbalm I'd used up to the jar. The result was a lot more moisturising and I used this more like this than I'd done before that. It dyes your lips a bit and I'm throwing this away now as it's started to go bad (see pic, yuk).



3 - *Soap and Glory*'s 'Scrub your nose in it' 3-in-1 mask: I love this, especially because it's a multitasking product. It's great when you're in a hurry, either on a given day or on a regular basis, lol.
The brand is only sold in the UK and Ireland, though I recall having spotted some items in Asos. Strangely enough, it's not available at Boots International.

It doesn't come cheap, though the stores generally have 3x2 offers that are really worth trying.

4 -Moringa body butter from TBS (Marian). You have no idea how sorry I am to have used this up, because it smells heavenly. Besides, it's not only the scent that I love, I really like how moisturizing this is and how well it spreads.
Needless to say, I'll get this again some day.

5 - Garnier 2-in-1 Eye Makeup Remover (marox): I used this up sooner than others, such as those from Yves Rocher or the Spanish supermarket Mercadona that seemed to go for ages. I won't repurchase for now, as I'm already using Garnier's micellar cleansing water as an eye makeup remover. It does the job and the bottle will last a lifetime.

6 - Yes To Lip Balm: (Marox) - There's still a teeny weeny bit left, but the twist-up mechanism doesn't work anymore and the texture of the remaining product is now so soft that it crumbles upon application.
I won't repurchase for now, as I already put the TBS lipbalm in my bag.

Aquí estamos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Body spray "Nectar of Nature" de cerezas rojas, de Les Cosmetiques (Marian).
Como sabéis, me encantan este tipo de sprays corporales para usar después de la ducha.
Dejan un perfume muy sutil y agradable.
¿Cuál será el próximo que usaré? Uno de los de Victoria's Secret que me regaló Marox por Navidad, pero todavía no sé cuál.

2- Agua y fluido de la línea blanqueante de Sulwhasoo (Marian).
En realidad, terminé el primer botecito bastante antes que el segundo, pero como aún no os lo había enseñado en ninguna entrada de terminados, os los enseño ahora los dos juntos.
Me ha costado usar el fluido, no por el producto en sí, sino por el tipo de envase.
Es de plástico rígido, y como el fluido es un poco espeso, tienes que dar golpecitos para que salga el producto, lo que es un poco latoso.
Como sabéis, me encantan los productos de cosmética asiática, pero no repetiré con éstos, ya que tendría que usar siempre minitallas.
Además, es una rutina que incluye muchos pasos, lo que para mí es un inconveniente.

3- Eau de Saphir, de Saphir (Marian).
Equivale a Eau de Rochas, que me encanta (sí, ya sé que es un poco fuerte, pero no lo puedo remediar).
Me encantan los perfumes de Saphir. Están muy bien conseguidos, y repetiré con ellos sin duda, aunque no por el momento, pues tengo pendiente de usar las colonias de Lady Rebel que me regaló Marox por Navidad, y también la de Rihanna que me autorregalé en los precios locos de Sephora.



4- Desodorante Sanex Natur Protect (Marox).
Marian también terminó otro igual que éste hace tiempo, pero no lo enseñó.
No contiene sales de aluminio y protege adecuadamente.
Aunque nos ha gustado bastante, ahora estamos probando otras marcas, también libres de sales de aluminio.
A marox le parece que ya no es lo que era y que antes protegía más, a pesar de que la fórmula no ha cambiado aparentemente.

5- Espuma fijadora "AS Style Max", de Schlecker (Marian).
Hace mucho tiempo que no uso espumas para el pelo. Pero como el envase de ésta era pequeño, la usaba cuando iba a la piscina o para los viajes.
Pero la verdad es que no me ha gustado nada de nada. Me deja el pelo como electrizado (igual que si no usara nada).
En adelante, para los viajes o para la piscina llevaré conmigo la mousse fijadora de Deliplus, que deja mi pelo con mucho mejor aspecto.

Bueno, esto ha sido todo por el momento.

Here we are again ready to review the products we've used up recently.

1 - Red cherries 'Nectar of Nature' Body Spray, from Les Cosmetiques (Marian): No surprise here, you know how much I love body mists. They leave a soft and nice scent on skin. Which one will I be using next? One of those from Victoria's Secret that Marox gave me for Christmas, but I don't know which one yet.

2- Whitening water and fluid from Sulwhasoo (Marian).
I actually used up the first bottle quite a long time ago, but as I didn't show it to you on an earlier 'Finito products' blogpost, I'm now sharing with you both.
It's been quite hard for me to use up the fluid, not because of the fluid itself, but more like because of the type of packaging. It's made of hard plastic, and since the fluid is a bit thick, you have to tap the bottle against the palm of your hand to get a small amount of the product, which is quite cumbersome.
As you know, I love Asian skincare, but I won't be repurchasing these again, because they all come in trial size.
Besides, it's a routine that includes too many steps, not the most practical thing for me.



3- Eau de Saphir, from Saphir (Marian).
It's a dupe for Eau de Rochas, which I love (I know it's strongly scented, but I can't help that).
I love Saphir parfumes. They're really good dupes, and I surely will buy them again, but not now. I decided to use first the 'Lady Rebel' fragrances that Marox gave me for Christmas, and afterwards I'll be using the one by Rihanna that I bought at the Crazy Prices at Sephora.

4- Sanex Natur Protect deodorant (Marox).
Marian also used up another one like this some time ago, but she forgot to show it.
It doesn't contain aluminium and it protects properly.
Though we like it quite a lot, now we are trying other brands, also aluminium-free.
Marox gets the feeling that it used to be a lot more effective in the past, despite the fact that the formula has not changed apparently.



5- Styling mousse "AS Style Max", from Schlecker (Marian).
It's quite a long time since the last time I used styling mousse for my hair.
But since the packaging of this one is small, I used it when I went to the swimming-pool or when travelling.
The truth is that I don't like it at all. It leaves my hair frizzy (just the same as if I didn't use anything).
From now on, for the swimming-pool or when travelling, I will carry with me the styling mousse from Deliplus, which leaves my hair looking much better.

Compras varias acumuladas / Sundry Haul

Aqui estamos una vez más para enseñaros los productos que hemos comprado últimamente.

1 - Perfume equivalencia Saphir 'New Romantica ' (marox): Compré esta imitación de 'Anaïs Anaïs' en una cadena de perfumerías local, Perfumerías Avenida. La he gastado ya bastantes veces, así que digamos que es una apuesta segura.

2 - Máscara de pestañas con fibras "Maximum Length", de Essence (marox): Suelo aprovechar las discontinuaciones de la marca para hacerme con algún repuesto. Me llamó la atención que ésta tuviera fibra, igual que la máscara base de Missha que os enseñé hace poco. Tardaré un tiempo aún en probarla, puesto que tengo otra pendiente de estrenar.

3 - Desmaquillante para ojos bifásico de Garnier Skin Naturals (marox):  Aunque ya sabéis que hacemos nuestro propio desmaquillante casero, a veces apetece probar los nuevos productos que salen al mercado. Además, del casero conviene no hacer demasiada cantidad por aquello de que no contiene conservantes.
No llevo mucho tiempo utilizando, pero lo suficiente para entender porqué hablan tan bien de él: está bien de precio, es efectivo, no escuecen los ojos... Precio: 3,04€ en Alcampo.

4- Agua micelar de Garnier "Skin Naturals" (Marian):
Animada por las buenas críticas que por lo que me ha dicho Marox tiene este producto, me decidí a comprarlo. Aún me queda de la que estoy usando de Ziaja, pero no quiero quedarme sin nada, así que tengo ésta para repuesto.
Todavía no la he probado, así que ya os contaré.
Compré el bote de 400 ml a un precio de 6,99€.

5- Body spray "Nectar of Nature" de cerezas rojas (Marian).
Como sabéis, me encantan este tipo de productos para perfumar suavemente la piel después de la ducha.
Este aroma no lo había probado, y la verdad es que huele muy bien, entre dulce y afrutado.
Creo que no conservo el ticket de compra, así que no puedo deciros cuánto me costó, pero fue poco.



6- Champú fortificante con keratina, de Revlon (Marian).
Me gusta tener este tipo de champús, en bote grande, para usar como primer champú. No sé vosotras, pero yo necesito 2 lavados para tener el pelo limpio. El primero de ellos lo suelo hacer con un champú de este tipo.
El segundo, con mi adorado "Gran Suave" de Bubbly, del que ya os he hablado en muchas ocasiones.
Compré el bote de 650 ml y me costó 3,75€.

7- Top coat "Special Effect" de Essence (Marian).
Era uno de los que liquidaban, y no me pude resistir.
Me parece precioso para usar encima de un esmalte de color claro. Todavía no lo he usado. Ni que decir tiene que os lo enseñaré en acción.
Su precio era de 2,49€, pero lo compré por 1,29€.



8- Esmalte "Lilactric" de Catrice (Marian).
Era uno de los que liquidaban, y tampoco me pude resistir.
Ahora que pienso, quizá podría utilizarlo como base para el anterior.
Es un esmalte en color lila claro, con pequeños reflejos dorados.
Me costó 1,99€.

Nada más por el momento.

Here we are again, to show you what we've bought recently.

1 - Saphir imitation fragrance 'New Romantica' (marox): I bought this Anaïs Anaïs knock-off  at a local drugstore chain. I've tried this fragrance several times over the years, so this was a safe bet for me.

2 - 'Maximum length' Fiber mascara from Essence, (marox): I generally jump at the chance to get backups of basic products during the Essence clearance sales. I noticed this had fibers in it, just like the Missha mascara base I bought recently. It'll take me a while to use this one though, as I still have another one awaiting its turn to be opened.



3 -  Garnier Skin Naturals 2-in-1 Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover (marox): You know that we make our own remover, but every now and then you feel like trying brand-new products out there. Besides, when making your own remover you should try to make a small amount each time as it contains no preserving agents. I've been using this one for a short time, but it was enough to understand why people rave about it: it's affordable, does the job well and your eyes don't sting when using it. Price: €3.04 at Alcampo.

4- 'Skin Naturals' micellar water from Garnier (Marian):
I decided to buy this product, because Marox told me about its favorable reviews. 
I'm still using the Ziaja one, but I don't want to be run out of it, so I have this one for backup.
I haven't used it yet, so I'll tell you when I do.
I bought the 400 ml size, for €6.99.



5- Red cherries 'Nectar of Nature' body spray (Marian):
You already know that I love this kind of products to leave a nice and soft scent on my skin after shower.
I haven't tried this scent yet, and I must say that it has a nice scent, between sweet and fruity.
I think I don't keep the ticket, so I can't tell you the price, but it was cheap.

6- Fortifying shampoo with keratin, from Revlon (Marian).
I like having this kind of shampoo, in a big bottle, to use it in a first hair wash.
I don't know about you, but I do need to wash my hair twice to leave it clean.
I use this for the first wash and then for the second one, I use my beloved 'Big softy' from Bubbly, which I've told you about so many times.
I bought the 650 ml bottle for €3.75.



7- 'Special Effect' top coat from Essence (Marian).
It was one of those clearance items and I couldn't help buying it.
I think it's beautiful to use over a light nailpolish. I haven't used it yet. Needless to say, I will show it to you 'in action'.
Its price was €2.49, but I paid €1.29 for it.

8- 'Lilactric' nailpolish from Catrice (Marian).
It was also on clearance, and one more time I couldn't help buying it.
I'm thinking that maybe I could use it as a base for the one I told you about on the previous paragraph.

Compras varias acumuladas / Sundry haul.

Hola, chicas:
Por más que lo intentamos, es muy difícil no caer en la tentación, así que aquí os traemos los productos que hemos comprado últimamente.

1- Esmalte "The Monkey Gets Funky" de Catrice (Marox).
Catrice, además de ser original con los tonos de sus esmaltes, lo es también con los nombres que les ponen. Siempre hacen juegos de palabras y cosas así.
Ahora que lo pienso, este esmalte recuerda un poco al #13 de Deliplus, que pudísteis ver *aquí*, pero creo que el de Deliplus es más rosado que éste y no tiene brillitos.
Estaba de liquidación, así que me hice con él por sólo 1,99€. 



2- Labial #240 Hey Nude de Catrice (Marox).
Es un tono nude rosado, que son los que me gustan. Nunca me han gustado los que son en tono "corrector de maquillaje". Tiene una fórmula muy cremosa, y aún no lo he estrenado, pero creo que dejará una sensación muy confortable en los labios.
Creo que será el perfecto sustituto para *éste* de P2, del que ya me queda poco.

3- Peeling enzimático de algas marinas de Ziaja (Marian).
Probé hace algún tiempo el de Marox y me gustó la sensación que me dejó.
Seguramente no será igual que el exfoliante facial de microdermoabrasión de Dr. Brandt que estoy a punto de terminar, pero por el precio que tiene el de Ziaja, desde luego que no me voy a quejar.
Me costó 3,99€.



Estos productos los he comprado en Beauty Gloss, una tienda de maquillaje en Burgos, en la que podéis encontrar Essence, Catrice, Sleek y Ziaja, por citar sólo algunas marcas.

La dependienta nos dio un par de muestras para cada una, de la marca Ziaja, de la que ya hemos probado algunas cosas.



Las muestras eran de un jabón cremoso de seda para la ducha y otra de crema hidratante facial de ¿manteca de rosa?
Tendremos en cuenta estas muestras en próximos viajes.

4- Perfume "Eau de Saphir" de Saphir (Marian).
Después de probar alguna que otra marca de perfumes de equivalencia, he vuelto a Saphir.
Están muy conseguidos y su olor dura varias horas, lo que me encanta.
En esta ocasión he elegido "Eau de Saphir", que equivale a Eau de Rochas, que me encanta.
Mejor no la usaré delante de mi madre, que le tiene manía desde que yo estaba en trámites para venir a este mundo.

5- Recambios "Dual Clean" para el cepillo eléctrico de Oral B (Marian).
Tiene dos partes; cada una de ellas hace un movimiento diferente para conseguir una doble limpieza.
No lo he probado todavía. Me gusta probar las diferentes versiones de recambios, y ver así cuál me gusta más.
Pagué 6 € por cada pack de 2 en el mercadillo.

Bueno, estas han sido nuestras compras más recientes hasta ahora.

As much as we try, it's hard not to fall into temptation, so here is a quick look at the products we've bought recently.

1- 'The Monkey Gets Funky' nail polish from Catrice (Marox).
Catrice is very original when it comes to creating shades for their polishes, but also with their names, always playing on words.
Now that I think of it, this polish does remind me a bit of no. #13 from Deliplus, which you could see *here*, but I think the Deliplus polish is more pinky than the one from Catrice and has no reflections.
It was on clearance, so I snatched this up for just €1.99.

2- Catrice lipstick in #240 Hey Nude (Marox).
It's in a pinky nude shade, which are the ones I like the most. Honestly, I've never been a fan of those in a 'concealer-type' tone. The formula is very creamy and although I haven't tried it yet, I think it'll leave a very pleasant feeling on the lips.
I hope this will be the perfect replacement for *this one* from P2, which I'll run out of sooner than later.

3- 'Marine algae' enzyme peeling from Ziaja (Marian).
I tried Marox's one some time ago and I liked the feeling it left in my skin.
Surely it won't be the same quality as the microdermabrasion facial scrub from Dr. Brandt which I'm about to use up, but considering what I paid for the one from Ziaja, I have nothing to object, of course. I paid €3.99.

I've bought these products at Beauty Gloss, a local make-up store, where you can find Essence, Catrice, Sleek and Ziaja, among others.

You can be up-to-date with what's in at the store even if you don't have a facebook account (as is our case).

The shop assistant gave us each a couple of samples from Ziaja, a brand we've already tried a few things from already.

The samples were two sachets of a creamy shower soap silk and another of their butter rose moisturizing day cream.





We'll keep these samples in mind for our future trips.

4- Parfum 'Eau de Saphir' from Saphir (Marian).
After trying other brands of imitation parfums, I've gone back to Saphir.
They're quite true to the original and the scent lingers on the skin for several hours, which I like very much.
This time I chose 'Eau de Saphir', which is the dupe of Eau de Rochas that I so love.
I won't use it if my mother is near, because she hates it ever since I was 'on the way' to be born.



5- 'Dual Clean' replacement brush heads for the Oral B electric toothbrush (Marian).
It has 2 different parts; each one of them makes a different movement to get a double cleansing effect.
I haven't tried it yet. I like trying out the different kinds of brush heads to see which one I like the most.
I paid €6 for each pack of two at the local flea market.

Productos Terminados / 'Finito' products

¿Preparadas para conocer los productos que hemos "finiquitado" últimamente?
Pues aquí los tenéis.

Hello, my lovelies!
Are you ready to see the products we've used up lately? Well, here you have them.

1- Máscara de pestañas 'Blackmania' de Essence: Ya llevaba un tiempo queriéndola dar por terminada, pero como todavía seguía saliendo producto... Tengo otra igual para usar y probablemente aproveche la discontinuación para hacerme con alguna otra para tener repuesto, si es que queda alguna.
Antes de tirarla, limpié el cepillito para que le sirviera a mi madre para teñirse las cejas.

2 - Colonia de imitación de Saphir 'Pink' (= Flower by Kenzo): Hace ya bastantes años que gastamos los perfumes de imitación de esta marca, de venta en algunas cadenas de perfumería tipo Avenida y perfumerías locales. Traen 200ml, así que duran un montón y cuestan unos 13€, dependiendo de dónde lo compréis. Ultimamente, les estamos siendo "infieles" con los de "La Botica de los Perfumes", que si bien traen menos cantidad tiene algunas imitaciones (no todas, ojo) más logradas que las de Saphir.

3 - Bálsamo de labios de Biocura (supermercados Aldi): Vienen en paquetes de tres y no llegan a dos euros. Tienen una composición muy natural y son muy hidratantes, aunque si los queréis usar antes de pintaros los labios es mejor no ser muy generosa al aplicarlo o retirar el exceso con un tissu.
Truco: Saqué el producto restante con ayuda de un palito y lo mezclé con un bálsamo de Essence que me resulta algo seco y mejoró un montón. ¡Aquí no se tira nada!

4 - Esmalte base de P2: Doy ya por terminada esta base para las uñas que compramos en Berlín hace ya varios años, en las perfumerías DM (de visita obligada si vais a Alemania). Ya estaba muy espesa y el pincel no llegaba a coger el producto del fondo. Está muy bien para el precio que tiene y no me importaría repetir si tuviera acceso a la marca. (Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren von DM - Bitte öffnen Sie DM-Geschäfte in Spanien!!).

5- Champú Oro líquido de Deliplús. Hemos estado usándolo las dos, pero sobre todo Marian. Nos ha gustado la textura cremosa y el olor que deja en el pelo.
Lo compramos cuando formaba parte de un pack que incluía además, el sérum y la mascarilla. Ahora que se pueden comprar los productos por separado, no descartamos repetir.

6- Exfoliante corporal "Flake Away" de Soap&Glory. También hemos estado usándola las dos, y nos ha encantado. Tiene el gránulo bastante grueso, y realmente notas su acción exfoliante, pero no es nada agresivo. Además, tiene un olor sutil y agradable. No nos importaría repetir, si el acceso a la marca fuera más fácil.
Tenemos entendido que se venden productos de la marca en eBay, así que si éste se encuentra entre ellos, repetir con él no será tan difícil.

7- Limpiador facial "Yes to Blueberries" de Sephora (Marian). No digo que no limpie la piel, pero deja una sensación de grasa en la piel que no me termina de gustar. Bastante grasa tengo de por sí, como para utilizar un producto limpiador que me deje esa misma sensación.
No repetiré con él.



Estos han sido los productos que hemos terminado más recientemente.
¿Habéis usado alguno de ellos? ¿Qué opinión os merecen?

1- Essence 'Blackmania' mascara: I'd been meaning to officially call it finished, but I could already get product... I have another one as back up and I might get a different one that is being discontinued in the future -if there are any left, that is.
Before tossing it away, I thoroughly cleaned the wand to help my mum dye her eyebrows.

 2- Imitation perfume by Saphir ('Pink' = Flower by Kenzo): We've been using these perfumes for many years. They're sold at many drugstore chains such as Avenida or local drugstores. The bottles have 200ml, so they will last you a long time. They cost about €13, depending on where you get them.
We're being 'unfaithful' to them lately, ever since we discovered those from 'La Botica de los Perfumes'.  Even if those are smaller, some (not all of them) of their copies are very true to the original scent and better to the Saphir versions.

3 -  Biocura lipbalm (from ALDI supermarkets): They come in a lot of three and are less than €2. The INCI has mostly natural ingredients and are very moisturising, though if you intend to use them prior to putting on some lipstick, it's best either not to be heavy handed on the application or to blot your lips a bit.
Tip: I scooped the remaining product with a toothpick and mixed it with an Essence lipbalm that is on the dry side and it worked wonders.
Here's to using products up to the very end!!


4 - P2 Basecoat: There's some product still left but it is very thick and I have a hard time getting it from the bottom of the bottle with the brush. We bought this a few years ago during our trip to Berlin at a DM drugstore (a must-see if you ever visit Germany). It's quite good for the low price and I wouldn't mind repurchasing if I had ready access to the brand (Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren von DM - Bitte öffnen Sie DM-Geschäfte in Spanien!!)



5- 'Liquid Gold' shampoo from Deliplus (sold at Mercadona supermarkets). We both have been using it, especially Marian. We like both the creamy texture and the scent it leaves on the hair.
We bought it when it was included in a pack, together with a serum and a hair mask.
Now that we can buy these products separately, we wouldn't mind buying it again.

6- 'Flake Away' body scrub from Soap&Glory.
We both have been using it as well, and we liked it very much. The scrub particles are big enough to notice their exfoliating action, though it is not overly aggresive. Besides, it has a nice, sweet but subtle scent. We wouldn't mind repurchasing if we had better access to the brand.
You can find many products from this brand on eBay, so if this one is among them, getting it again won't be that hard.



7- Facial cleansing cream 'Yes to blueberries', sold at Sephora (Marian).
Well, I'm not saying that it doesn't clean well, but it leaves a greasy feeling on the skin, which I don't like. My skin is oily enough on its own for me to use a product that leaves yet the same feeling. I won't be repeating with it.

These have been the items we've used up recently.

¡Oh, Dios mío!
Esta vez hay tantas cosas que no sabemos ni por dónde empezar.

Creo que será una buena idea separar los productos por categorías, así que vamos a empezar por los de cuidado capilar.

1. Activador de rizos "Millenium Touch" de Alcántara (marox). Es una marca de peluquería de Salamanca, no muy conocida.
Lo probó hace muchos años y le encantó, y no lo había vuelto a encontrar hasta ahora, así que aprovechó la oportunidad.
Este producto deja los rizos definidos sin dejarlos acartonados ni pegajosos.
El bote trae 300 ml y costó 14€. Comprado en una peluquería.



2. Mousse fijador para cabellos rizados de la línea Stylius, de Deliplus (Marian).
Ya ha perdido la cuenta de las veces que ha repetido con este producto, pero la verdad es que le encanta. Fija, pero sin dejar el pelo "tieso", como la espuma tradicional, que por cierto, no ha vuelto a probar.
Creo que ha tirado el ticket de compra, así que no puede deciros cuánto le costó, pero cree que era sobre 3€.



3. Mascarilla sin aclarado para cabellos expuestos al sol, de Deliplus (Marian).
Después de haber visto la edición de verano de la revista de la Perfumería de Mercadona, Marian tuvo un flechazo con este producto, perfecto para esos días de piscina.
Ya lo ha probado, y la verdad es que le ha dejado el pelo muy suave y fácil de peinar.



Esta vez hemos comprado varias fragancias, así vamos ahora con ellas.

1. Perfume "Elegance" de Saphir (marox).
Sabéis que Saphir hace unas imitaciones de fragancias muy logradas, y esta es la imitación de J'adore, que nos encanta.
Le regalamos la original a nuestra madre y le encanta... ¡y a nosotras también!
Esta de Saphir trae 200ml y cuesta 13,75€.

2. Perfume nº15 de La Botica de los Perfumes (Marian).
Tanto nos ha gustado J'adore, que esta que os enseño es la equivalencia de esta marca.
Trae 100ml y cuesta 10,90€.
Comparativamente, sale más cara que Saphir, pero al traer menos cantidad, si os cansáis del perfume, tardaréis menos en acabarlo.

3. Perfume para mascotas, de La Botica de los Perfumes (Marian).
¡Síiii, para Molly! Bueno, no sabemos si le gustará. Igual nos tira con él.
Siempre nos habíamos preguntado a qué huelen las colonias para mascotas.
Pues bien, esta huele a gominola.
Marian dice que si a Molly no le gusta, la usará ella.

Ahora vamos con los productos de cuidado facial y corporal.

1. Jabones naturales de lavanda y azahar, de S&S (Marian).
Los compró en La Botica de los Perfumes.
Sabéis que nos encantan este tipo de jabones para la ducha. Hace años que no usamos gel de ducha, salvo para viajes o para ir a la piscina.
De los muchos que había para elegir, se decidió por estos dos, porque le encanta cómo huelen.



2. Fluido protector facial, con FPS 50+, de Deliplus (Marian).
Lo que más le gustó fue lo de "rápida absorción", y es cierto: no deja sensación grasa, cosa que es bastante común entre los protectores solares, aunque digan que están formulados para pieles grasas.

3. Hidratante corporal "Efecto luminoso", de Deliplus (Marian).
A Marian le encantan los destellitos que tiene, sobre todo ahora en verano.
Como no se pondrá muy morena (como siempre), le dará un toque veraniego a su piel.
Trae 200ml, y cuesta 2,75€.



Ahora, y ya para finalizar, os enseñamos los productos de maquillaje que hemos comprado.

1. Sombra de ojos en crema de Essence, en el tono 03 (Marian).
Un buen día entramos en Bodybell, que aunque lleva varios años abierta, sólo hace unos meses que vende la marca Essence.
Superada la agradable sorpresa inicial, vimos una cajita con productos de liquidación, y Marian se fue para casa con esta sombra, en un color azul turquesa precioso.
¿Os podéis creer que todavía no la ha estrenado?
Pero con lo que le gusta este color, seguro que no tardará en hacerlo.



2. Sombra de ojos resistente al agua de Deliplus, en el tono 02 (Marian).
En una de nuestras más recientes visitas a Mercadona, Marian se hizo con esta sombra en crema, por 4,50€.
Y sí que es resistente al agua, porque le costó quitársela de la mano cuando la probó.

3. Polvos compactos fijadores de Essence (marox).
Sabíamos de la existencia de los polvos sueltos de Essence, pero no sabíamos que existieran en formato compacto, lo cual es mucho más práctico, sobre todo para llevar de viaje.
Los hemos probado las dos, y nos han gustado mucho.

4. Barra de labios de Belle, en el tono "Coral"(marox), de venta en Eroski supermercados e hipermercados.
Como podréis ver, el color es de todo menos coral. Es más bien (o así nos parece) un fucsia tirando a morado.
Tiene un acabado mate, pero no reseca los labios.
A marox le ha encantado. Creo que lo usará mucho este verano. Y encima, por una confusión, le salió gratis. Estaba rebajado a 3€ (precio original 4,75€), junto con otros productos de maquillaje de la marca.



Y bueno, esto ha sido todo por ahora.

This time we've purchased so many things that we don't know where to begin.

I think we'd better show you the items by category, so let's get started with those for hair care.

1. Curl activator 'Millenium Touch' from Alcantara (marox). It's a Spanish professional hair care line, based in Salamanca and not a very well-known brand.
She tried it many years ago and fell in love with it though she couldn't find it again..., until now, so she seized the chance.
This product leaves your curls defined, but doesn't leave a sticky or cardboard-like feeling.
The bottle contains 300ml and was 14€.
Bought at a Hairdresser's.

2. Styling mousse for curly hair from the Stylius range, from Deliplus (Marian).
She's lost count of the times she's repurchased this, because she truly loves this product. It defines your curls, but it doesn't leave your hair all 'stiff', like a traditional mousse, which by the way, she hasn't tried again.
I think she lost the receipt, so she can't tell you the exact price, but was probably around €3.



3. Non-rinse hair mask for sun exposed hair, from Deliplus (Marian).
After having a look at the summer edition of the magazine of the cosmetics display from Mercadona, Marian was tempted to try this product, perfect for those pool days.
She has already tried it, and it has left her hair soft and easy to comb.

This time we've bought some fragrances, so let's go on with them.

1. Parfum 'Elegance' from Saphir (marox).
You already know that Saphir makes really good dupes of fragrances, and this one is a dupe from J'adore, which we love.
We gave our mother the original one and she loves it... and so do we!
This one contains 200ml and costs €13.75.

2. Parfum no. 15 from La Botica de los Perfumes (Marian).
We like J'adore so much that this one I'm showing you is another dupe.
It contains 100ml and costs €10.90.
Yes, it's more expensive that the one from Saphir, but as it's smaller, if you get bored about this parfum, it will take you less time to end it up.

3. Parfum for pets, from La Botica de los Perfumes (Marian).
Yeeesss, for Molly! Well, we still don't know if she will like it or maybe she'll hate us.
We've always wondered how a parfum for pets could smell like. Well, this one smells like gummy bear.
Marian says that if Molly doesn't like it, she will be using it.

Let's move onto the face and body stuff.

1. Lavender and orange blossom scented natural soaps, from S&S (Marian).
She bought them at La Botica de los Perfumes.
You know that we love this kind of soaps for the shower. We haven't tried shower gels for some years now, except for travelling or going to the swimming pool.
She chose these two of all the ones available, because she loves how they smell.

2. Face protector fluid, with SPF 50+, from Deliplus (Marian).
What she liked the most was that 'quick absorption' bit and it's true: it doesn't leave a greasy feeling, which happens very often with sun protection creams, even if they're formulated for oily skin. 



3. Body butter 'Luminous effect', from Deliplus (Marian).
Marian loves the sparkles it has, mainly now for summer.
As she already knows that she won't catch tan (as usual), she will give her skin a 'summer touch'.
It contains 200ml, and costs €2.75.

And now, to finish this post, we're showing you the make-up items we've bought.

1. Cream eyeshadow (eyeshadow sorbet) from Essence, in the shade 03 (Marian).
Once upon a time we went into Bodybell, which despite having opened some years ago, it only began to sell Essence just a few months ago.
Recovered from the pleasant surprise, we saw a little box with items at sales, and Marian took this eyeshadow home, in a beautiful turquoise blue shade.
Can you believe that she hasn't tried it yet?
But she likes this shade so much that surely she'll be using it soon.

2. Waterproof cream eyeshadow from Deliplus, in the shade 02 (Marian).
In one of our latest visits to Mercadona, Marian got this cream eyeshadow that was €4.50.
And it really is waterproof, because it took her quite a long time to remove the swatch.



3. Fixing compact powder from Essence (marox).
We knew about the loose powder from Essence, but not about these ones, much more practical to take with you when travelling.
We both have tried it, and we love it.



4. Lipstick from Belle, in the shade 'Coral' (marox). Only available from Eroski supermarkets & malls.
As you can see, 'coral' is just a name for it, because its shade is a fuchsia, turning to purple.
It has a matt finish, but it doesn't leave your lips dry.
Marox loves it. I think she'll be using it much this summer. To boot, because of a mistake from the cashier, she got it for free. It was discounted at €3 (original retail price was €4.75) together with other make-up products from the brand.
