De bien nacido es ser agradecido, así que con mucho gusto cogemos el testigo que nos pasaron por partida doble primero Ana Cris Electri Eel del blog Está cerrada la droguería y después La Loca de los esmaltes de Todos los esmaltes son pocos.
Las dos son habituales comentaristas en nuestro blog, así que doblemente, gracias. En sus blogs encontraréis divertidas manicuras y algo de artesanía.

It is only right and proper to be grateful in life, so we'd love to hand over the awards we kindly received first from Ana Cris Electri Eel of the blog Está cerrada la droguería (The drugstore's closed) and also from La Loca de los esmaltes from the blog Todos los esmaltes son pocos (All the polishes are not enough).

La respuesta de Ana Cris refleja perfectamente lo que pensamos tanto Marian como Marox. "Pues... que esté bien escrito, que tenga fotos nítidas, que el diseño esté pensado para facilitar su lectura y que todo lo que busques sea fácil de encontrar."

What does it take to make you eagerly follow a blog?

Ana Cris's answer perfectly reflects both how Marian and Marox feel about this, so if you don't mind, we'll quote her: 'Ok, it has to be well written, have good-quality pictures, an easy-to-read design and that is also reader-friendly when it comes to running a search in it'.

La respuesta de María también va en la misma línea, así que supongo que es algo que estas blogueras y nosotras tenemos en común: -"Para mí lo fundamental en un blog es que la presentación sea buena, que todo se vea bien. Me gusta también encontrar "novedades", que enseñen cosas diferentes y sobre todo que se vea que disfruta con lo que hace, no tiene porque ser perfecto, pero sí que se note que se lo ha "trabajado" un poco"-.

Maria's reply was along the same lines too, so I guess these bloggers and us have definitely something in common. She said: 'For me, the key thing in a blog is a good layout, that everything is presented clearly. I like to find 'new stuff', their sharing a variety of things -like different stuff- and I like to see that the person clearly enjoys what she's doing. It doesn't have to be perfect, but at least I want to see that she's put a little effort and work behind it.'

**Nos vamos a poner coloradas**. A ver: no sé si el nuestro cumplirá todos esos requisitos, pero intentamos hacer lo posible por que así sea. Si tenéis alguna sugerencia para mejorar el blog, no dudéis en dejarla abajo en los comentarios.

Disfruto viendo las fotos que publica, y las historias sobre sus gatos. / I can't help loving this blog. I miss her eye looks, but her manis are wonderful. I enjoy seeing the pics she uploads a lot, and reading the stories about her cats.

7- Gadirroja, de lapinturera: por los productos que nos enseña, porque hace unos concursos muy divertidos, y porque cuenta las cosas con mucha gracia (andaluza). / For her reviews about products, for her funny contests, and because she tells things in that cute Andalusian accent of hers...

8- Adriana, de colourful randomness: Me encantan los saludos al empezar cada entrada, y es que cada uno es más original que el anterior (y mira que es difícil). Y aunque suponga repetirme, sus maquillajes nunca dejan indiferente a nadie. Pueden ser más o menos llevables, pero a mí me encantan todos. Y admiro la calidad de sus fotos (como buena aficionadilla a la fotografía). / I love the way she starts each post; each new greeting is more original than the previous one (quite hard to do this). And even if I run the risk of repeating the same thing again, her looks never leave anybody indifferent. They can be more or less wearable, but I love every single one of them. And as an amateur photographer, I admire the quality of her photos.

9- Isa, de Amigas Makeup: Me encantan sus maquillajes (le quedan impecables), y sus reseñas de productos. La calidad de sus fotos también es un punto importante a su favor. / I love her flawless looks, and her product reviews. The quality of her photos is also a plus point.

Hace unos días, una de nuestras seguidoras, Sunshine, se acordó de nosotras en el reparto de premios de su blog, Bailando bajo la luna.

9-Canecositas: Me váis a permitir que deje el maquillaje y os recomiende una excelente página de recetas de cocina, principalmente para la Thermomix. Alicia no sólo es una excelente cocinera, sino que a la vez consigue arrancarte unas buenas carcajadas con sus explicaciones. Por cierto, me encaaantan sus emoticonos.
9-Canecositas: Now I'll take the license of leaving make-up blogs aside and recommend you an excellent resource for recipes in Spanish, mainly aimed at Thermomix users. Alicia is not only an outstanding cook but also a master in making you burst out laughing with her explanations. Btw, I'm totally in looove with her smileys.
10- Let's talk about... Beauty. Esta joven portuguesa compagina sus estudios de medicina con un completísimo blog con reseñas de productos de nuestras marcas favoritas (Essence, Catrice, Kiko, etc) y de otras no tan conocidas como O Boticario. También encontraréis trucos y posts de salud, escritos por alguien que sabe de lo que habla.
10- Let's talk about... Beauty: This young Portuguese medical student and blogger has a very thorough blog with a host of topics including product reviews from our favourite brands (Essence, Catrice, Kiko, etc) as well as some lesser-known ones like O Boticario. Has some nice tips and great health posts, obviously written by someone who knows what she's talking about.

On the other hand, Iris from the blog PolishAmor was also kind enough to include us on her latest award-sharing post.

Las normas del premio son las siguientes:
1) Contar siete cosas sobre ti.
2) Pasáselo a 15 bloggers.

1- Aunque nos gusta el olor del café, no somos nada cafeteras. Es más, nos hemos pasado alguna noche con los ojos como platos, habiendo contado todos los rebaños de ovejas del mundo.
1- Though we like the smell of coffee, we're far from being coffee addicts/lovers. What'more, we've spent some nights staring wide eyed at the ceiling, having probably counted all the sheep in the world.

2- La fruta favorita de marox es la manzana Golden. La de Marian, el plátano (de Canarias).
2- Marox's fave fruit is Golden apples. Marian loves bananas (from the Canary Islands).

3- En cuanto a postres, el favorito de Marian es el tocino de cielo, dulce hasta la saciedad.

5- Marox's pet peeve: spelling mistakes. She says they hurt her eyes. Marian doesn't like them, either. In fact, we try to write our best. This is a blog, not an sms.

6- Nos da mucha pereza usar perfilador de labios. Tenemos alguno, pero sinceramente, los usamos de guindas a brevas.
6- We're too lazy to use lip liner. We have some, but honestly, we use them once in a full moon.

7- Desde pequeña y por alguna extraña razón que nadie comprende, a marox le encanta comer un poco de patata cruda, según las está cortando para hacer una tortilla por ejemplo.
7- Ever since she was little and for some strange reason noone seems to understand, marox loves eating a bit of raw potato, as she's peeling and cutting them to make Spanish omelette, for instance.
