Look en dorado y bronce - Look in golden and bronze.

¿Qué tal, mis bellezas?

Hoy os voy a enseñar un look que me hice hace unos días. La ocasión no era otra que maquillarme para las fotos para el pasaporte.
Había que salir guapa en las fotos, que van a estar ahí 10 años, jeje.

Aquí podéis ver cómo quedó.



Y ahora os cuento los productos que he utilizado.

Después de aplicar mi crema hidratante, aplico el corrector en barra de Deliplus, en el tono 03, en las ojeras y manchas varias (mejor dicho, una mancha de tamaño medio).
A continuación, aplico mi BB cream Luminous Silk de Holika Holika en el tono Light Beige, con ayuda de una esponjita de maquillaje.
A continuación, sello el maquillaje con los polvos sueltos "Noche y Día", que me regaló Marox hace mucho tiempo, y que he olvidado incluir en la foto.



Ahora aplico mi prebase para sombras de Rival de Loop, que me encanta. De la paleta "Undressed" de MUA, he utilizado los tonos que veis marcados con una flecha. El dorado en los dos tercios interiores del párpado móvil, y en bronce en el tercio exterior. La sombra marrón mate para marcar la cuenca, y el color beige rosado con un poco de brillo para iluminar el arco de la ceja.
Delineo la línea superior de pestañas con el delineador líquido negro de P2 (que también he olvidado incluir en la foto). Por cierto, que pronto lo veréis en "Productos terminados".
Para las pestañas, aplico en primer lugar la máscara base de Missha, y una vez seca, la máscara de pestañas de NYC "Big bold".
Para delinear la línea de agua inferior, he utilizado el delineador en gel de la paleta "Nothing else metals" de Essence de la E.L. Metallics.

Como colorete, he utilizado el "Sunrise" de Sleek, y en los labios, el labial líquido de L'Oréal HIP en el tono "Indestructible".

What's up, my lovelies?

Today I'll be showing you a look I wore a few days ago. I needed to have some photos taken for my passport, so I had to make sure I looked my best, considering I'll be looking at the same picture for the next 10 years, lol.

Here's how it turned out.



And now I'll explain how I did it and the products I used.

After applying my moisturiser, I applied some concealer to my under eye area. I'm using a Deliplus concealer that comes in a lipstick format in the shade 03. I apply it both on my dark circles and the odd spot (I should say I have an average-sized spot).
I then apply my current BB Cream, Luminous Silk from Holika Holika in the shade Light Beige using a makeup sponge. I set this foundation with the translucent powder Marox gave me a long time ago and that she bought from the local beauty supply store. The brand is 'Noche y Día', but I forgot to include a picture.

I now apply my eyeshadow base, which is the Rival de Loop one I always rave about. I got my 'Undressed' palette by MUA and used the shades marked with an arrow in the photo. The golden shade was applied to the two inner sections of my eyelid and the bronze one to the outer part. I used the matte brown shade for the crease and the shimmery rosy beige to highlight my brows.
Then I line the upper lashline with the liquid eyeliner from P2 in black (which I also forgot to include in the pic). By the way, you'll see it soon in another 'Finito products' post.
As for the lashes, first I apply the base mascara from Missha, and once it's dry, the mascara 'Big bold' from NYC.
To line my waterline, I used the gel eyeliner included in the Essence quad from the LE Metallics, in 'Nothing else metals'.



As for the blush, I used the one in the shade 'Sunrise' from Sleek, and for the lips, I used the liquid lipstick from L'Oréal HIP in 'Indestructible'.

Look "Red Bean Pie".

Como os dije en *esta* entrada, aquí os traigo el look que me hice hace unos días para un evento.

Siempre me suelo maquillar a juego con la ropa que llevo, así que busqué los colores más parecidos que tenía.
Aquí podéis ver lo que he utilizado.

En el rostro, he utilizado mi prebase de ArtDeco (que hacía tiempo que no utilizaba), y encima, mi BB cream Luminous Silk. Ahora ya no la mezclo con nada, pues la verdad es que unos minutos después de aplicarla, ya no se ve tan clara. Como corrector,  usé uno en barra de Deliplús, que compré hace tiempo y tenía sin estrenar. He decidido usar mis "potis tristes".
Como colorete, he usado el de Alverde en el tono "Flamingo".
También usé el dúo "Be a perfect 10" de Benefit (el bronceador para contornear y el iluminador).

En los ojos, utilicé mi prebase de Rival de Loop (ya no queda mucho), y después, la sombra "Red Bean Pie" de NYX (de ahí el nombre del look), en el párpado móvil. Para marcar la cuenca, usé la sombra marrón oscura mate de la paleta "Undressed" de MUA. Para marcar la V externa, utilicé la sombra gris oscura con brillos. También usé esta misma sombra bajo las pestañas inferiores.
Y para iluminar, utilicé la sombra color vainilla de esta paleta.
Para la línea superior de pestañas, usé el delineador líquido en negro de P2, y el lápiz negro automático de Yves Rocher para la línea de agua de las pestañas inferiores.
Como máscara de pestañas, usé la Big Bold de NYC.



Para los labios, utilicé el Megashine Lipgloss de NYX en el tono "Burgundy". Hay que tener cuidado al aplicarlo, pero la verdad es que me encanta su pigmentación, y el color es precioso.

As I told you in *this* post, here I am to share with you the make-up look I wore some days ago for a special occasion.

I always tend to match the colours in my make-up with those of my clothing, so I looked for the most similar ones that I had.
This is what I used.



For the face, I used my ArtDeco Face Primer -which I haven't used for a long time-, and on top, my Luminous Silk BB cream. Now I'm not mixing it with anything else, because after a few minutes it's not that light. As a concealer, I used one from Deliplus that comes in a stick, which I bought a long time ago and had unused. I've decided to use my 'long time forgotten make-up stuff'.
As a blush, I used the one from Alverde in the shade 'Flamingo'.
I also used the duo 'Be a perfect 10' from Benefit (both the bronzer and the highlighter).

As for the eyes, I used my eyeshadow primer from Rival de Loop (there's not much left), and after that, the 'Red Bean Pie' eyeshadow from NYX this look gets its name from on the upper lid. For the crease, I used the matt dark brown eyeshadow from the 'Undressed' palette from MUA. To mark the outer V, I used the dark grey one with shimmer, which I also used for the lower lashline.
And to highlight the browbone, I used the vanilla eyeshadow from this palette.
For the upper lashline, I used the liquid eyeliner in black from P2, and the automatic eye pencil in black from Yves Rocher for the waterline.
As for the mascara, I used the Big Bold from NYC.

For the lips, I used the Megashine Lipgloss from NYX in the shade 'Burgundy'. I had to be very careful when applying it, but I truly love both its great pigmentation and beautiful shade.

Ya sabéis que este tipo de entradas no suelen ser muy habituales en este blog, pero hace unos días me hice este look que he querido compartir con vosotras.



La verdad es que es muy simple, y no he usado muchas sombras, así que tampoco tiene nada de especial, pero aun así, espero que os guste.

Os enseño a continuación todo lo que he utilizado.



Rostro:

*BB cream de Holika Holika "Luminous Silk" en el tono Light Beige.
*Corrector en crema Deliplus, en el tono 02.
*Polvos sueltos "Noche y Día", para matificar (no aparecen en la foto. Ooops, se me olvidó).
*Colorete Alverde en el tono "Flamingo".
*Dúo bronceador/iluminador de Benefit, en el tono "Be a perfect 10".

Ojos:

*Prebase para sombras Rival de Loop Young (qué gran hallazgo). Sale en la foto junto a los productos de rostro. Un despiste.
*Paleta de sombras "You Rock!" de Essence, de la edición limitada del mismo nombre.
He utilizado las sombras que están marcadas con una flecha.
*Delineador líquido de P2 en el tono "black".
*Máscara de pestañas "Big bold" de NYC en el tono "extra black".

Labios:

*Labial líquido de L'Oreal HIP, en el tono "780 Indestructible".
Ocurre una cosa muy curiosa con este labial, y es que tinta un poco el labio, pero no lo deja con un tono rojo amarronado, como se ve recién aplicado, sino que vira un poco al rosa.

It's really simple, and I haven't used many eyeshadows, so it's nothing special, but I hope you like it anyway.

Now I'm showing you all that I used.

Face:

*'Luminous Silk' BB cream from Holika Holika, in the shade Light Beige.
*Cream concealer from Deliplus, in the shade 02.
*'Noche y día' loose powder, to set the foundation (they don't appear in the pic. Ooops, I forgot).
*Blush from Alverde, in the shade 'Flamingo'.
*Bronzing/highlighting duo from Benefit, in the shade 'Be a perfect 10'.

Eyes:

*Eyeshadow base from Rival de Loop Young (what a great discovery). It appears in the pic among the products used for the face. A little mistake.
*Eyeshadow palette 'You Rock!', from Essence, from a limited edition with the same name.
I've used the eyeshadows marked in the pic with an arrow.
*Liquid eyeliner from P2 in the shade 'black'.
*'Big bold' mascara from NYC in the shade 'extra black'.



Lips:

*Liquid lipstick from L'Oreal HIP, in the shade '780 Indestructible'.
It happens quite a strange thing with this liquid lipstick. It dyes lips a little, but not with its red brown original shade, as it's once applied, but it turns to a pinky shade.

Look de fiesta - Party look.

En realidad este ha sido un look navideño. Así fue como me maquillé para la comida de Navidad del trabajo.
Pero como ya han pasado las navidades, lo dejaremos como look de fiesta, pues obviamente vale para cualquier ocasión.

Sin más dilación, voy a detallaros lo que he utilizado.

Para el rostro, he utilizado mi BB cream Luminous Silk, de Holika Holika, en el tono "Light Beige", mezclada con un poco de maquillaje; en este caso el Mineralize Satinfinish de MAC, en el tono NW25, que por sí solo, me queda muy oscuro. Así consigo mi tono de piel.

Para sellar el maquillaje, he utilizado los polvos sueltos "Noche y Día", que me regaló Marox hace un montón de tiempo (antes de empezar a escribir este blog) y que compró en una tienda local de productos de peluquería.
Como colorete, he utilizado el de Alverde, en el tono "Flamingo".
Como iluminador, el dúo de iluminador/bronceador de Benefit "Be a perfect 10".

Para los ojos, he utilizado la paleta de Essence "Nothing else metals", de la edición limitada "Metallics". Para delinear el párpado superior, el delineador líquido de P2 en negro. Para las pestañas, la máscara de Essence "Multi action smokey eyes", que me encanta.

Para los labios, he utilizado el labial líquido de L'Oréal HIP, en el tono "Turbulent".

Y esto ha sido todo.

To be honest, this was actually a Christmas look. It was the make-up I wore for the Christmas lunch with my workmates.
But as Christmas days are gone, let's say this is a party look, because you can obviously wear this look any time.

Without further ado, I'll tell you what I used to create it.

For the face, I used my BB cream from Holika Holika 'Luminous Silk', in the shade 'Light beige', mixed with a tiny amount of my Mineralize Satinfinish Foundation from MAC, in the shade NW25, which is too dark for my skintone on its own. This way (mixing the two of them) is how I get my skintone.

To seal my make-up, I used the 'Noche y Día' loose powder , which Marox gave me a long time ago (before starting with this blog), purchased at a local beauty supply store.
On my cheeks, I used my Alverde blush in the shade 'Flamingo'.
And for highlight, the highlighting/bronzing duo from Benefit in 'Be a perfect 10'.

As for the eyes, I used the Essence eyeshadow quad 'Nothing else metals' from the 'Metallics' LE. To line the upper lid, I used the liquid eyeliner from P2 in black. And for the lashes, my mascara from Essence 'Multi action smokey eyes', which I love.

And finally, on my lips I used the liquid lipstick from L'Oréal HIP, in the shade 'Turbulent'.

Después de ver *este* video me quedé absolutamente fascinada por el look que hizo María, de makeupzone.net, y decidí recrearlo a mi manera, a ver qué salía.
Y la verdad es que quedé contenta con el resultado. ¿Qué os parece?

*Sombra de ojos en crema de Essence, de la edición limitada "Snow Jam", en color turquesa. La utilicé para delinear la línea de agua inferior.
*Delineador líquido de P2, en color negro.
*Máscara de pestañas "Multi action smokey eyes" de Essence.

LABIOS.

*Labial líquido de P2, en el tono "Romy Schneider".

En un alarde de atrevimiento os voy a enseñar un look que me hice hace unos días para salir.

Se llama Lucky Charms porque éste es el nombre del dúo de sombras protagonista de este look. Os lo enseñamos *aquí*.

Cuando os enseñé mi paleta de Catrice "The Berlin Collection" *aquí*, os dije que me haría algún look con ella y lo subiría, así que aquí está.

When I showed you my palette 'The Berlin Collection' from Catrice *here*, I told you that I'd make a look with it and upload it, so here it is.

No tiene mucho misterio, como veis. Os cuento lo que he utilizado.

En el párpado móvil he utilizado la sombra "Berlin Wall", un marrón medio con brillitos.

En la uve externa y marcando la cuenca, y en la línea inferior de pestañas (la mitad externa), la sombra "Am Alex", un marrón oscuro, también con brillos, pero menos que la anterior. Y para iluminar el arco de la ceja, la sombra "Checkpoint Charlie".

Para delinear las pestañas superiores, utilicé el delineador en gel al que devolví la vida con Mixing Solution (tuve que echar dos gotitas más).

It's not that hard to do, as you can see. I tell you now what I've used.

On the upper lid I applied the 'Berlin Wall' eyeshadow (medium brown with shimmer). On the outer V and the crease, and also on the lower lash line (the outer half), I applied the 'Am Alex' eyeshadow, a dark brown, also with shimmer, but less than the previous one. And for highlighting the browbone, I used the 'Checkpoint Charlie' eyeshadow.

To line the upper lash line, I used the gel eyeliner I resurrected with some Mixing Solution (I had to add two more drops).

Iré probando más combinaciones de las sombras de esta paleta en sucesivos looks. En este caso utilicé las que en mi opinión resultaban más fáciles de combinar.

I'm trying more combinations with the eyeshadows in this palette on forthcoming looks. In this case I used those that seemed easier to combine, in my opinion.

Look "Verde de envidia" (especialmente dedicado a Gadirroja) - Look "Green envy" (specially dedicated to Gadirroja).

Iba a decir que esta es la primera vez que subo un look, pero en realidad es la segunda. El primero que subí fue éste, de cuando compré mi primer producto de MAC, en la tienda del aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas.

Si bien todos los que ha hecho hasta ahora me han gustado, el que ha hecho inspirado en la envidia me ha gustado especialmente, porque ha combinado colores que a mí jamás se me hubiera ocurrido combinar.

This lovely blogger has dedicated (or is dedicating) a series of posts for looks inspired on the 7 deadly sins. While I like all the looks she has made so far, I specially like the 'Envy' inspired look, because she has combined colours that I'd never think of using together.

This is the first post in which I'm showing you a make-up look, but I guess it's never too late to start.

Como la ropa que llevaba hoy era en tonos azules y verdes, he decidido maquillarme con esos colores y alguno más, y me he acordado del cuarteto de Essence “Party Animal” que tiene mi hermana.

As my outfit today was in blue and green shades, I decided to use those colours and a few more for my look, and I remembered the Essence eyeshadow quad 'Party Animal', which I borrowed from my sister.

Este cuarteto tiene unos colores que, en mi opinión, no son nada fáciles de combinar, pero recordé una entrada en el blog de Adriana (me encanta cómo se maquilla esta chica), y decidí recrear a mi manera el look que hizo ella.

The shades in that quad, in my opinion, are not that easy to combine, but I remembered a post on Adriana's blog (I love this girl's make-up looks), so I decided to recreate it my way.

Apliqué el color amarillo en los dos tercios interiores del párpado móvil, y el azul en el tercio exterior. Usé el morado para marcar la cuenca, difuminándolo bien, y el verde para dar color en la línea de las pestañas inferiores (sólo la mitad exterior, más o menos). Para iluminar el arco de la ceja, utilicé la sombra en color crudo del trío 'Babushka's dream', de Essence (EL Secrets of the Past). Para delinear el ojo, utilicé el lápiz duo de Essence (mitad blanco, mitad negro), y también para la línea de agua inferior. Y para las pestañas, la máscara Multi Action Smokey eyes, de Essence.

I applied the yellow shade on the inner two thirds of the lid, and the blue one on the outer third. I used the purple shade for the crease, blending it well, and the green one for the lower lash line (just the outer half, more or less). I used the lightest eyeshadow in the trio 'Babushka's dream', from the Essence LE Secrets of the Past, on the browbone. To line the eyes (and also for the waterline), I used the duo pencil (half black, half white), and for my lashes, the Multi Action Smokey eyes mascara, both from Essence.

Para los labios (de ellos no tengo foto), utilicé el Lip Cream de P2, en el tono 040 'Greta Garbo', que compró mi hermana en Berlín, y del que ya os hablamos.

Para las mejillas, utilicé un colorete en mousse de Deliplus. Apliqué poca cantidad, porque no le tengo cogido el truco todavía a ese tipo de productos, y prefiero quedarme corta.

For my cheeks, I used a mousse blush from Deliplus. I applied just a little bit, because I'm not used to that kind of texture, and I preferred doing it that way.
