Una buena manera de conservar tus fotos - A good way to keep your photos.

Hoy vengo con una entrada diferente, de esas que me gusta publicar de vez en cuando.

En este caso, quiero contaros mi experiencia con los fotolibros, que encargamos para conservar un recuerdo de nuestras vacaciones estivales.

En primer lugar, me gustaría hablaros de los fotolibros de *Fotoprix*. En muchas ciudades esta cadena de fotografía tiene tiendas físicas, pero lo más cómodo es, como imaginaréis, descargaros el programa en vuestro ordenador y elaborar el album vosotros mismos.
También se puede elaborar el album online, sin descargarse el programa, pero me parece más cómoda la opción anterior.

En cuanto al software de Fotoprix, tiene 2 modos de crear el fotolibro: el modo manual y el automático.
El modo automático, obviamente es más rápido a priori, pero tiene el inconveniente de que te coloca las fotos como le parece, y luego tienes que cambiarlas donde quieras, a base de cortar y pegar, lo que resulta bastante lento y tedioso.



Por lo que se refiere al precio, pueden resultar caros, pero a ver quién es el guapo que saca copias en papel de unas 200 fotos que solemos meter en cada fotolibro y las mete en un álbum.
Esto era lo que hacíamos antes y era un aburrimiento, ya os lo digo.



Respecto al envío, suelen tardar aproximadamente unos 5 días. Puedes elegir que te los lleven a una tienda física de Fotoprix sin coste adicional.
Pero si en tu ciudad no hay una tienda Fotoprix, tendrás que pagar un suplemento.



En total, hemos hecho un total de 10   fotolibros de Fotoprix (5 para cada una). Os dejo unas fotos para que podáis haceros una ligera idea de la calidad que tienen. Como véis, el fotolibro de la derecha ocupa mucho menos, y de él os hablaré a continuación.



En segundo lugar, os quiero hablar de mi última experiencia en cuanto a fotolibros, en este caso los de la web Albelli.

Conocí Albelli a través de Groupalia.
Comprando un cupón de Albelli a través de Groupalia, puedes ahorrarte mucho dinero.
En mi caso, pagué 19,99€ por cada fotolibro de 60 páginas. Además, puedes conseguir un reembolso si entras a Groupalia a través de *Beruby*. Así que seguimos ahorrando.
Lo único que tuve que pagar fueron los gastos de envío, que creo recordar que fueron 5,95€ por cada fotolibro.
Albelli ofrece la posibilidad de reducir los gastos de envío por cada artículo adicional, pero teniendo en cuenta que compré los cupones a Groupalia, me salía más barato hacer 2 pedidos exactamente iguales.

En cuanto a la calidad, las páginas son más finas que en los fotolibros de Fotoprix.
Lo podéis apreciar en la foto en la que os enseñamos los grosores de uno y otro.

Opté por el acabado mate, porque el brillo suponía un suplemento de 0,20€ por página, si no recuerdo mal.

Ambos fotolibros tienen la tapa rígida, si bien en el de Fotoprix, ésta es un poco acolchada.

De todos modos, la calidad me parece más que aceptable para lo que queremos, que es conservar las fotos de nuestras vacaciones.

Today I have one of those miscellaneous posts that I like to write every now and then.

In this case, I want to share our experience with photobooks, our preferred way to keep the photos from our summer holidays.

In the first place, I'd like to tell you about *Fotoprix* and their photobooks. If you're lucky enough, you may have a brick and mortar Fotoprix store near you, but anyway, it is much more convenient if you download the required software onto your computer and make the book yourself in the comfort of your home.
You can also create the album online, without downloading the software, but I think the other option is better.

As for the software Fotoprix uses to create the albums, there are two ways to do so: a manual and automatic mode.
The automatic mode is needless to say faster, but on the other hand photos are placed at random in the album, so you then have to move them by cutting and pasting them onto a different spot, and that's a slow and tedious task.

As far as price goes, they can come out expensive, but printing out 200 photos and sorting them into an album is no easy feat either....
That's what we used to do back then and it was boring, let me tell you.

As for shipping, it usually takes about 5 days. You can choose to have the photobook sent to your nearest Fotoprix store at no extra cost. Although if you don't have a store near you, you'll have to pay a surplus.

As of today, we have made a total of 10 Fotoprix books (5 per each one of us). I'm including a few pictures so you can have a better idea of the quality they offer.

Finally, I want to tell you about my latest experience with these albums, this time using a website called Albelli. It is pictured together with our biggest Fotoprix book so you can see the Albelli one -pictured right- is considerably less thick. I'll share my impressions about the latter now.



I discovered Albelli through Groupalia,  an online group buying company.
When you buy an Albelli photobook through Groupalia, you can save loads of money.





In my case, I paid €19.99 per 60-page book. In addition, you can get another deal if you access their website through *Beruby*, the leading cashback site in Spain. Savings never hurt anyone.
The only thing I had to pay for was shipping, 5.95 EUR per book if I remember correctly.
Albelli offers combined shipping for additional orders to reduce costs, but considering I purchased the albums through Groupalia, I did the math and placing two separate but identical orders was cheaper.

As for quality, the pages are thinner than those from Fotoprix. I think you can tell the difference in thickness from the side-by-side comparison pictures.

I went for the matte finish, as the glossy one involved paying an charge of 0.20 EUR per page, if I remember correctly.

Both photobooks come with a hard cover, although the Fotoprix one is somewhat padded.



All in all, I think the quality of the Albelli product is more than acceptable for what we use it for, which is keeping our holiday snaps.

Productos terminados #45 - 'Finito' products #45.

Comenzamos marzo y aquí venimos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Exfoliante corporal de arándano azul de TBS (Marox). Compré este exfoliante aprovechando unas rebajas que tuvieron. Lo había probado con anterioridad puesto que le cogí otro para Marian. Lo cierto es que anteriormente no me había parecido gran cosa, aunque como todo hay que pillarle el punto. Si tenemos la piel muy mojada, no notaremos apenas la acción exfoliante.




2- Máscara base de pestañas de Missha (Marian).
Contiene fibras, así que consigue el efecto de multiplicar las pestañas. Sólo hay que dejarla secar un poquito antes de aplicar la máscara de pestañas.
Me ha gustado bastante, así que no descarto repetir con esta misma o con otra de este tipo.

3- Manteca corporal de arándano azul de TBS (Marox). La he usado a la vez que el exfoliante. Tiene un olor muy agradable, aunque no es tan hidratante a mi juicio como la de almendra o moringa. Es de las que suelen rebajar bastante, así que merece la pena echarla al carrito.



4- Cabezal "Dual Clean" para el cepillo eléctrico Oral B (Marox). Ya sabéis que llevamos ya varios años utilizando este famoso cepillo eléctrico. Ya sabéis también que tenemos la suerte de hacernos con los recambios originales a muy buen precio en el mercadillo local. En la actualidad estoy usando uno igual pero compatible -de Buyincoins- del que ya os hablaré.

5- Perfume "Sph Green" de Saphir (Marox).

Este perfume equivale a 'Be Delicious' de DKNY, que me parece un olor fantástico, dulce y suave. Es de los que yo creo que gustan a todo el mundo. Coincide que por primera poseo el original -que no he estrenado aún puesto que tengo otras fragancias a medias-. Los perfumes de *Saphir* se encuentran en algunas cadenas de perfumerías (Perfumerías Avenida en Castilla y León, por ejemplo). El mío lo compré en una perfumería local, Hermosilla. Tiene un precio de unos 13€ y en esa tienda tienen también minitallas de 30 ml, que viene muy bien para llevar en el neceser.
Este me ha durado mucho puesto que trae 200ml. 

Y esto ha sido todo por el momento.

March is here already and here we are as well with a new review about the stuff we've used up recently.

1- Blueberry body scrub from TBS (Marox). I bought this scrub during the TBS sales a while ago. I'd already tried it as I'd bought another tub for Marian. The thing is that at the time I didn't like it an awful lot, but as with most things there are tricks that may improve your experience. If your skin is too damp you will barely notice any exfoliation.

2- Base mascara from Missha (Marian).
It contains fibres, so it gives the illusion of having more lashes. Just let it dry before applying your mascara.
I quite like it, so I'll probably repeat with this mascara (or another one of the same kind).

3- Blueberry body butter from TBS (Marox). I've used this at the same time as the scrub. The scent is nice, though this butter is not as moisturising as the almond or moringa ones. The upside is that this is regularly discounted, so grab the chance to add it to your shopping cart if you can.

4- 'Dual clean' brushhead from Oral B (Marox). You know that we've been brushing our teeth with this famous electric toothbrush for a couple of years now and that we're lucky enough to get our replacement -original- from the local flea market. At present I'm using a compatible one that looks exactly like this that I got from Buyincoins. I'll write about that one when the time comes.



5- 'Sph Green' parfum from Saphir (Marox). This perfume is a dupe for DKNY's Be Delicious, which I think is a great soft and sweet scent. It's one of those that are universally liked, at least imo. I now happen to own the original -unopened still, as I'm using others at the moment-. These are found in some Spanish drugstore chains, though as the *site* is available in English as well, you may want to take a look. 
Hermosilla, the local drugstore I got mine from offers both the travel-size version with 30ml and the standard 200ml which is the one pictured here, bought for about €13. The small bottle is great for your vanity case.

Pedido a Vitacost por Black Friday - Black Friday Vitacost haul.

¿Qué tal habéis pasado el día de San Valentín? Espero que bien. Ni Marian ni yo tenemos pareja ahora mismo, pero eso no quita para que nos queramos un huevo y nos mimemos un poco ese día.

Hay que ver lo que tardamos últimamente en actualizar. Este año tengo el doble de trabajo que antes y para colmo, el puente de Carnaval me lo pasé con gripe y pocas ganas de hacer nada.
En cuanto al título de este post, ya sé que lo del viernes negro queda ya un poco atrás, pero me llegó casi en Navidad. Como la entrada de mis regalos de Navidad era algo larga, preferí enseñaros el pedido en un post específico.

Antes de nada, recordaros que Vitacost ofrece reembolso con las web de Ebates y Topcashback -esta última suele tener más porcentaje de cashback.  Si soléis comprar en tiendas internacionales, os recomiendo que les echéis un vistazo.

En la foto de grupo, faltaría el acondicionador de Desert Essence de coco que compré para Marian, puesto que ya en otra ocasión le compré el champú. Os lo enseñó con el resto de sus regalos en *esta* entrada.
Lo tienen siempre en oferta. Ahora mismo lo tenéis por 4,49$. 
También faltaría una cosa que pedí para mi madre, un paquete de azúcar de coco de la marca Navitas, puesto que el Truvia no le gusta nada de nada. Está encantada con este nuevo producto así que cuando se le vaya terminando tendré una excusa para hacer un nuevo pedido a la tienda. Podéis verlo *aquí*. Costó 5,29 dólares.

El siguiente producto que compré fue una pasta de dientes. He visto muchas blogueras que compran pastas de dientes en iHerb pero nunca me había dado por probar ninguna que no fuera de supermercado. Ahora mismo estoy usando una de Oral B que me está gustando mucho, pero hay que probar cosas diferentes, ¿no os parece?  Esta de Jāsön tenía muy buenas opiniones, sólo que el pedido mínimo tenía que ser de dos unidades, así que le cedí la otra a Marian para que la pudiera probar ella también.
No la hemos estrenado todavía, así que supongo que tendréis que esperar a que la terminemos para saber qué nos ha parecido.
Cuesta 3,48 dólares y el tubo es bastante grande, como véis.

Champú Desert Essence de mango: Como Marian me avisó de que el de coco que acabo de estrenar huele mucho a coco -olor que aborrezco- en previsión de que éste dé buen resultado sin ese olor, me decidí a pedirlo. Sé que el mango es bastante hidratante también (Klorane tiene una gama muy popular) por lo que imagino que también funcione bien para mi pelo rizado, siempre falto de hidratación. Como para probar el acondicionador de coco aún me queda bastante (odio la mascarilla que estoy usando ahora mismo, de Babaria), no quise pedir el acondicionador de esta misma gama aún. Todo se andará, pero no quiero que se me caduquen los productos antes siquiera de estrenarlos. Seguro que me entendéis.
Lo tenéis por 5,30 dólares.

Crema de manos de calabaza especiada de Desert Essence: Un clásico de las tiendas de productos naturales americanas y del mundo blogger que por fin me decidí a probar.
Tiene un olor muy rico y se absorbe rápidamente, sin dejar las manos grasientas. Eso sí, si tenéis las manos muy, muy secas a lo mejor se os queda un pelín corta, como es mi caso.
Estaría bien que la vendieran en formato de bolsillo, porque es muy agradable de usar.
La tenéis ahora mismo a 4,67 dólares.
No sé si repetiría con ésta o probaré otras a ver qué tal.

Desodorante de aloe vera de Queen Helene:  Me costó 3,59 dólares -es de los más baratos- No contiene glicol de propileno ni aluminio. En un pedido anterior pedí la versión de árbol de té, que justo empecé a usar hace un par de semanas. Va bastante bien, aunque algún día si sudo mucho me abandona, pero me suele pasar con todos. Marian también lo ha probado y le gusta mucho también.

Did you have a nice St. Valentine's Day? We hope so, even if you are single like Marian and myself at the moment. But that doesn't mean you can't treat yourself to something to let you know how much you love yourself, right?
It's taking us forever lately to update the blog. I've got twice the workload I had last year and I'm afraid I had to spend last Carnival bank holidays at home with the flu. No energy to do anything then either, as you can imagine. 
As for this post's title, I know that Black Friday seems too far back, but I got my order near Christmas time and the post where I shared my presents with you was on the long side already.
That's why I decided to share my Vitacost Haul in a dedicated post.

A quick word to remind you that Vitacost offers cashback with both Ebates and Topcashback - the latter usually having better cashback deals. If you order from several international stores, you should check these sites out.

The group picture is not complete, as I also ordered the Desert Essence coconut conditioner for my sister. She showed that to you already in her Xmas post *here*.
They always have this at a reduced price and you can now get it for just $4.49.
The other missing item is something I ordered for my mum, a bag of Navitas' organic coconut sugar. She hates Truvia with a passion and I thought she might prefer a different sweetener. Turns out I hit the jackpot with *this*, so I see myself having to place more orders at Vitacost just to restock on this. It'll be an excuse to order something for myself too, lol.
I paid 5.29 USD for that.

The next item in my shopping cart was toothpaste. I've seen many bloggers trying out natural toothpaste from stores like iHerb, but I'd never really bothered to try one that was not from a drugstore or pharmacy. I'm currently using an OralB one I really like, but it's good to try different stuff every once in a while, don't you think?
This Jāsön toothpaste had mostly great reviews, though the minimum order was 2, so I decided to give the other to Marian.
None of us have tried it yet and are using others at the moment, so it'll be some time until we can review this and will probably wait until we've used it up.
It's listed at $3.48 right now.

Desert Essence Mango Shampoo: Marian had already warned me of the heavy scent the coconut one I just opened has, so I thought this might work well on my forever dry curly hair minus the overpowering scent -I hate coconut-scented things with a passion-. I know that Klorane has a mango range that people rave about.
I'm still far from opening the coconut conditioner -I'm currently using a hair mask I despise from the Spanish brand Babaria-, so I decided not to order the mango conditioner just yet, as I don't like to have too many unopened products fearing they may expire before I've had the chance to even try them. You can probably relate to the feeling.
It's sold for $5.30 at the moment.

Desert Essence Pumpkin Spice Handcream: A classic from US natural stores and the blogging community I finally decided to check out for myself. Yummy scent and no greasy feeling on my hands, though if your hands are very dry like mine, it may fall a bit short in terms of moisture.
It would be nice if there was a pocket-sized version of this cream though, as it's rather nice to use.
It's currently sold for $4.67.
Not sure whether I'd repurchase or try a different one.

Queen Helene Aloe Vera deodorant Stick: It cost $3.59 -one of the cheapest ones available - and is free of propylene glycol or alluminium.
I'd previously bought the tea tree oil version and have been using it now for a few weeks. It works fairly well, though there are days when it doesn't protect me long enough, but I'm afraid it happens to me with others I've tried. Marian has used it too and likes it very much.

Compras varias acumuladas - Sundry haul.

Aquí estamos de nuevo para enseñaros lo que hemos comprado últimamente.

1- Recambios "cross action" para el cepillo eléctrico Oral B (Marox). Ya sabéis que estos recambios los compramos a muy buen precio en el mercadillo local. Como alternativa, en Buyincoins tienen unos compatibles más baratos aún que no tienen mala pinta. He pedido un paquete para probar, así si no conseguimos éstos tenemos un plan B.

 

2- Espuma de baño "Happy Buddha" de Rituals (Marox). Vino de regalo con la revista InStyle. Me costó bastante hacerme con ella, puesto que no tenían la revista con el regalo en muchos kioskos y en los pocos que la tenían, sólo tenían la de arroz que ya había probado. Me quedé con ganas de probar la espuma de edición limitada que era la tercera opción, pero como coincide que también tengo la minitalla de la crema corporal y el exfoliante de la misma gama que vino con otra revista, así puedo probar la línea en profundidad.

3- Pasta de dientes Kemphor, en tamaño viaje (Marox). También vino de regalo con la revista InStyle. Tiene buena pinta y seguro que le sacamos provecho para llevarla en algún viaje.



4- Labial #301 'Satin Mauve' Soft Sensation, de Astor (de edición limitada).
Fue un regalo para nuestra madre, por San Queremos, y por el motivo de la edición limitada, en apoyo de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, una causa que cuenta con todo nuestro apoyo.

5- Crema corporal "Honey Touch" y exfoliante corporal "Ayurveda Scrub" de Rituals (Marox). Estas minitallas vinieron de regalo con la revista Glamour, hace ya un par de meses y como véis, se me han juntado en el mismo post que un regalo posterior.
A este paso, voy a tener que echarle cremas a la gata, porque no voy a dar abasto a gastarlas, pero claro, a ese precio son una oportunidad estupenda de probar la marca.

Here we are again to show you our latest purchases.

1- 'Cross Action' replacement brush heads for Oral B (Marox). As you know we get these for a steal at the local flea market. Another option I recently discovered are the compatible brush heads that you can find in several stores like Buyincoins that are even cheaper. I actually ordered myself a pack so I can see how they compared to the originals and I'm never without replacements when these are sold out at the local flea market.
It's good to have a Plan B, don't you think?

2- 'Happy Buddha' foaming shower gel from Rituals (Marox). It was a recent freebie with InStyle magazine in Spain. I had a really hard time getting my hands on this, as most newsagents' sold the issue without the freebie or had the rice one that I'd already tried.
I had meant to buy the LE they had as a third option, but since I already have the trial-sized body cream and scrub that came with a different magazine a few months ago, I thought it would be nice to get a better feel of the entire range. 

 

3- Kemphor toothpaste (travel size) (Marox).
Another freebie with InStyle magazine. It looks good and surely will come in handy for any upcoming travel.


4 - Astor limited edition Soft Sensation lipstick in #301 'Satin Mauve'. It was a gift for our mother, and we bought it as it is a Limited Edition item, with the brand donating part of the proceeds to the fight against breast cancer in Spain, a cause we wholeheartedly support.



5- 'Honey Touch' body cream, and 'Ayurveda Scrub' body exfoliator from Rituals (Marox). Another magazine freebie, this time it's an older issue of GlamourSpain but as you see my procastination has made them feature in the same post as the one I just mentioned.
At this rate I'll have to use creams on MollyTheCat, as I have a neverending supply of body products. But how could I resist getting my hands on these for a fraction of their price?

UDLS/NOTW: Lumene "Brilliant Stars".

Aquí estoy de nuevo para enseñaros mi más reciente manicura.

Utilicé este esmalte de Lumene, que compré durante nuestra segunda visita a Estocolmo.

Aquí veis a todos los protagonistas de esta manicura.



En primer lugar, apliqué una capa del gel de calcio de Basic, a continuación dos capas finas de este esmalte, y después, el top coat de Poshé.



Este esmalte tiene un color granate precioso, y efecto "foil".

Me retiré el esmalte al quinto día, después de un gran desconchón en el dedo índice de la mano derecha, así que nada que objetar en cuanto a duración.

Esto es todo de momento.
Todavía tengo algún esmalte por estrenar. Aún no sé cuál usaré primero.
Espero no tardar demasiado tiempo en enseñaros mi próxima manicura (he estado un poco vaga últimamente).

Here I am again to show you my latest mani.

I used this polish from Lumene, which I bought on our second visit to Stockholm.

Here you can see all the stars of the show.

First of all, I applied a coat of the calcium gel from Basic. Then two thin coats of this polish, and the top coat from Poshé to finish.



This polish has a beautiful maroon shade, and a foil effect.

I removed the polish the fifth day, after a big chipping on my right index finger. I have nothing to complain about its lasting time.



This is all for now.
I still have some polishes waiting for the first use, but I don't know which one I'll be using first.
I hope to show you my next mani soon (I've been a bit lazy lately).

Productos terminados #44 - 'Finito' products #44.

Aquí estamos con una nueva reseña de los productos que hemos terminado últimamente.

1- Desodorante "Nature" de Deliplus (Marox). Tenía este desodorante en Zamora y he hecho todo lo posible por gastarlo durante el verano. Lo cierto es que inicialmente me pareció horrible, pero al darle una segunda oportunidad, no me pareció tan malo. ¿Será porque ahora soy más sabia o será casualidad? Ni idea.
En cualquier caso, de momento no lo compraría puesto que tengo otros de Vitacost pendientes de probar.



2- Manteca corporal "Chapter 03" de Perfumerías If (Marox). Como el anterior, estaba en mi baño de Zamora y he hecho lo posible durante mi última estancia allí para acabarlo. Lo cierto es que es de lo más normalito y en cuanto a hidratación, nada del otro jueves. Tiene una textura tipo mousse que sí que es original, pero a pesar de que fue barata, me quedo cien mil veces con las mantecas de The Body Shop.


3- Champú Kallos con omega 6 y aceite de macadamia (Marian).
Lo compré en Fapex, y aunque la mayoría de las veces lo he usado como primer champú (para usar después el de Bubbly, jeje), alguna vez lo he utilizado solo. Debo decir que me ha gustado bastante el producto. Deja el pelo limpio, pero no lo reseca. Supongo que será por el aceite de macadamia.
Lo que menos me ha gustado es el formato.
Es un bote enorme, con un tapón bastante poco práctico. Al cogerlo con las manos mojadas, se me ha resbalado bastantes veces.
No descarto repetir con la marca, porque sus productos están a muy buen precio, pero buscaría otro formato.

4- Contorno de ojos Scinic (Marox). También lo tenía en nuestra otra casa, pero lo he acabado usando aquí. Si no necesitáis un contorno antienvejecimiento, ésta es una buena opción. El tubo contiene 30ml, el doble de los contornos de ojos del mercado.
No lo he vuelto a comprar, puesto que me ha gustado más el de baba de caracol -que no veáis qué bien va para regenerar la piel irritada de la nariz por un catarro.
Lo compré por Ebay y creo que no sube de 10 dólares.

5- Discos desmaquillantes Iseree (Marox). No soy partidaria de gastar mucho dinero en esto, puesto que es algo que se gasta rápidamente. Suelo comprarlos de marca blanca si son de buena calidad y vienen ribeteados. Éstos lo están y van bastante bien, así que si se os han terminado y vais a comprar al LIDL, compradlos.

 I had this back home in Zamora and I've done my best to use it up during the summer. When I first bought and used it I thought it was craptacular but didn't find it that bad now. Is that because wisdom comes with age and I'm now a little bit more... experienced or is it just coincidence? Idk.
Anyway, I won't repurchase for now as there are others I need to try that I ordered from Vitacost.

2- 'Chapter 03' body butter, from If Parfumeries (Marox). Another thing that was gathering dust in my bathroom in our hometown and that I made a real effort to use up while I was there.
Despite the low price, it's nothing to write home about and is very meh in terms of moisture, so I'll no doubt stick to my beloved TBS body butters, thanks.



3- Omega 6 and macadamia oil shampoo from Kallos (Marian).
I bought it at Fapex / Beautyspin (UK / US), and though I've used it for a first hair wash (and then use the Bubbly one afterwards, lol), I've also used it on its own.
I quite like this product. It leaves my hair clean, but not dry. I guess it will be due to the macadamia oil.
But what I don't like at all is the packaging.
It's an enormous bottle... with a screw-top.
When I hold it with in the shower with my wet hands, it has fallen down many times.
I wouldn't mind to purchase this brand again, because their products are very reasonably priced, but I would choose a different format.

4- Gel eye cream from Scinic (Marox). I also kept this at our other home but eventually used it up here. If you're not really looking for an eye cream with antiaging properties, this is a good choice. The tube contains 30 ml, twice the size of eye creams available here.
I haven't repurchased, as I like the snail one better -which incidentally is also great to repair the peeling skin around your nose when you have a cold.
You can find this on Ebay at less than $10.



5- Cotton discs from Iseree (Marox). I'm not one to spend a lot on something as basic as this as you'll soon run out of them if you use them on a daily basis, so I consistently buy the supermarket's own brand as long as they're decent enough and are backstitched and these are. So you find yourself without any and happen to be at a LIDL, add them to your shopping cart.

Mis regalos de Navidad - My Christmas gifts.

Hola, chicas:

Este año he debido de ser muy buena, porque Papá Noel me ha traído muchas cosas.
Han sido regalos variados.
Os enseñaré primero los de cosmética.

1- Acondicionador de coco de Desert Essence.
Marox sabe que me encanta el olor a coco, y ya he probado el champú de la misma línea que también me regaló ella (de hecho, es el que estoy usando ahora). Así que, decidió completar mi colección con este acondicionador, que aún no he probado.
Lo compró en Vitacost, que tiene un precio mucho más económico en esta gama que iHerb.

2- Perfume "Amor Amor" de Cacharel.
Marox siempre juega sobre seguro, y sabía que este perfume me gustaba, porque me lo ha oído comentar alguna vez.
No sé cómo se las arregla, pero las caza al vuelo.
Todavía no la he estrenado, porque estoy usando la CKin2U, que también me regaló ella.
Lo pidió a Fapex, que semanalmente tiene ofertas muy interesante de perfumes. Además desde hace poco, Fapex está asociada a Beruby.

3- Pasta de dientes "Powersmile" de Jāsön.
Tiene propiedades antiplaca, blanqueante, controla el sarro y proporciona un aliento fresco.
Aún no la he probado, porque estoy usando otra en este momento, pero seguro que me gustará.
La pidió también a Vitacost y como el pedido mínimo era de dos unidades, decidió compartir una conmigo para que la probara yo también.



4- Gel de ducha de moringa, de 750 ml, de The Body Shop.
Este olor nos encanta a las dos, así que se la dejaré usar alguna vez, jeje.
Todavía no la he estrenado, pero ya os garantizo que me encantará.
Aprovechó las ofertas de Black Friday para hacerse con unas cuantas cosas. 

5- Manteca de moringa, de 200 ml, de The Body Shop.
Además de su fantástico olor, su textura es genial, y es muy hidratante.

Ahora os enseñaré los regalos tecnológicos.

6- Conector doble jack de 3,5mm.
Cuando viajamos, Marox siempre suele llevar consigo su reproductor de mp3.
Mientras vamos en el avión, nos gusta ir escuchando música para distraernos del ruido de los motores y como es muy generosa, comparte sus auriculares conmigo.
Navegando por la red, descubrió este artilugio, con el que podremos escuchar la misma música de forma más cómoda.
Todavía no lo he probado, pero supongo que funcionará sin problemas.
Podéis encontrarlo en Ebay sin problema. 



7- Smartphone Doogee Valencia2 Y100 Pro.
El nombre del modelo del móvil es larguito, jeje.
Ha sido el regalo estrella, sin duda. La verdad es que no me lo esperaba, pero ha sido todo un acierto.
Aunque el ZTE todavía funciona, el nuevo tiene muchas ventajas: su conexión 4G, más memoria RAM, más capacidad de almacenamiento, mejor cámara...
Venía con carcasa incorporada, que me ha venido muy bien para la funda que encargué después por eBay y que acabo de recibir. Como la funda no tiene carcasa plástica en la que sujetar el teléfono, he pegado esta carcasa a la funda de piel.

Bueno, pues esto ha sido todo.
No está nada mal, ¿verdad?

This year I must have been really good because I got a lot of stuff by Santa. And there's a little bit of everything, though I'll mention the beauty-related ones first.

1 - Desert Essence Coconut Conditioner: Marox knows how much I love coconut-scented products so she got me the conditioner that goes with the shampoo she had given me earlier -and which is the one I'm currently using-. Anyway, she decided to complete my collection with this conditioner that I have yet to try.
She bought it off Vitacost, as this range is much cheaper there. 

2 - 'Amor Amor' Eau de Parfum by Cacharel: Marox always plays it safe and she knew I've been in love with this fragrance forever, because she's heard me say it.
I don't honestly know how she does it, but she really listens and is quick on the uptake.
I haven't used it yet, as I'm still using CKin2U that I also got from her.
She ordered it off Fapex / Beautyspin (UK / US) -which has a weekly selection of discounted fragrances to choose from.



3 -  Jāsön Powersmile toothpaste. It has antiplaque & whitening properties and controls tar, while giving you fresh breath. I haven't put it to the test yet, as I'm using a different one right now, but I'm sure I'll like it.
Also from Vitacost, she had to order at least two and decided to give me one so I could try it too.

4 - TBS Moringa XL Shower Gel, with 750 ml. We both love this scent, so I guess I'll have to let her try it from time to time, lol.
Haven't tried it yet, but I can pretty much grant you that I'll love it to pieces.
She made good use of the Black Friday TBS sales and ordered a couple of goodies.



5- Moringa body butter (200 ml size), from The Body Shop.
Besides its wonderful scent, it has a great texture, and it's very moisturizing.



And now it's time to share with you my tech gifts.

6 - 3.5 mm Y splitter adapter: When we travel, Marox usually brings her mp3 player with her. During the flight, we like to listen to music so we can muffle the sound of the engines. She's a generous gal and shares her headphones with me. One day surfing the web, she discovered this little gadget that will let us share our music with one another in more comfort. I haven't used it yet, though I suppose it will work fine.
You'll have no problem finding it on Ebay.

7 - Doogee Valencia2 Y100 Pro Smartphone: I know, the name of this thing is long indeed, lol. This was THE present without question. I confess I honestly wasn't expecting it.



My ZTE still works, though this new model has a lot more features: 4G connectivity, more RAM memory, more internal storage, a better camera... The box came with a protector case for the back -really handy until I could order a leather case off Ebay, which I have just received.
Since the leather one does not have its own protector case I simply stuck it to the leather case.
